Everything went as planned. Matt, the carpet guy was scheduled to come at 2pm, but his noon appointment cancelled, so he called and asked if we would like him to start earlier, around 11:30am? We said yes, please come. Matt arrived at 11:30am with an associate and they got to work. My husband picked up all of the small items, decorations and loose items off the carpets and out of the rooms before Matt arrived. Matt and his associate moved our furniture in each room as them cleaned and put it back sitting on styrofoam squares, until the carpet was dry. The had a great personality and they went above and beyond, to ensure they did a good job. They cleaned all of our rooms and they even got the graphite (from the door hinges) under the doors, out of the carpets. We have tried to remove the graphite stains ourselves, but we were never successful. Carpet Care Experts were the first and only cleaners to successfully get the stain out. We appreciated the care they took in cleaning the baseboards in each room, which is a service other carpet cleaners don't do. We asked what it would cost, additionally to clean our area rug and they did it, at no extra cost, to us. We believe this company knows the meaning of customer service. Anyone who uses their service, will be happy they did.

Carpet Care Experts was good. They did a good job. My carpets gone older but they got it as clean as they could. They were prompt and professional.

I'm not really pleased with the service that they provided me. Things weren't very clean and I had to keep pointing out additional things that they have missed. The guy that came out didn't do a very good job. He was to do a carpet cleaning on my car but he didn't do a great job so I ended up doing it by myself.

They were good too, I didn't have any issues with them. They were good. They came in on time and did the job. They did a good job on cleaning the car and I'm happy with them.

Matt and his assistant were committed to providing a quality service. They were punctual, thorough, and responsive. They even cleaned an area I had not originally contracted for, without adding an additional charge. I have also used Matt's service for car detailing. He is very nice to work with---wants to make sure his customers are pleased with his service.

The service was excellent! The owner (Matt) and his assistant showed up exactly on time and did a walk through of the entire area with me where I pointed out the places of my biggest concerns. He clearly explained what he was going to do and proceeded to get to work. The entire job took a little over an hour. They moved what furniture we still had in the rooms and placed "protectors" under the legs of tables, etc. They were completely professional and left no mess at all. Before leaving, Matt directed us as to where the best spots were to place some fans to help speed up the drying process. Although, my sense is that they are always meticulous about their work, I had the clear impressiojn that they went "above and beyond" for us because we were members of Angie's List. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. One suggestion for users - As soon as I saw this "Deal of the Week" posted, I called immediatedly and made an appointment for the work to be done 2 weeks later. As we were chatting after the job, Matt mentioned how busy they were and wished everyone could give them a 2 week window. He said he hated to disapoint those people who call and expect to be able to have service within the next two or three days. So users - plan ahead.

arrived on time and left within one hour. I have had other comparable carpet cleaners and now I know that price is NOT everything. They did NOT do deep cleaning but just surface cleaning. Pay more and get a better job for carpet cleaners.

The owner and another employee were very attentive to my needs and even offered suggestions. They were very professional and aware of potential injury risks as a result of some wet floors. They were very friendly and courteous and arrived on time. The whole job only took about an hour. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

Everything went well. The carpets look awesome. They called and were able to get us in a little earlier than expected. Excellent communication throughout process. Matt walked through the house with me, asked about any specific spots, pointed out what he saw, notated and asked about extra stairs and then mentioned, up front, that it would be $30 for second stairs if desired (which was a great deal, I thought). They were very prompt, thorough, professional and tidy.

ms ms I was not home for the carpet cleaning - my wife was. She's picky about this sort of thing and she was VERY happy with the quality of work and service provided. Everything looked great when finished to me. We have paid easily twice as much before and not had as many rooms done. Last time that we paid Sears nearly twice as much - we had odors from where they had treated pet stains that they said was unavoidable. Nothing but good smells this time!

I purchased this service as an Angie's list "Big Deal." I was putting my house on the market and knew I needed to get the carpets cleaned before the open house--Matt was quick to respond and promised to fit me in when I needed him. And he followed through on that promise! He squeezed me in exactly when I needed him and did a great job. Would definitely use this company again.

I purchased an Angie's List carpet cleaning deal for my girlfriend's house and I am amazed at the results. My girlfriend has three children, coupled with their friends, who are constantly running in and out of the house. The carpeting has several high traffic areas and, over time, small stains had appeared especially on the stairs and throughout the upstairs hallway. Given the state of the carpeting we were hoping for good results but certainly not expecting great results. The Carpet Care Experts pleasantly surprised us! The cleaners called ahead, arrived on time and explained the cleaning process to be performed that day. I pointed out the stained areas and was informed the bad areas would be pretreated before cleaning and would most likely come clean. Once finished, my girlfriend and I were stunned at how nice the carpeting looked! I will be recommending Carpet Care Experts to anyone looking for a truly professional carpet cleaning business.

We are very pleased with the results. Matt called ahead and arrived on time. He and his assistant started almost immediately. They "survyed" the rooms and came up with a plan on how they would proceed. They were very efficient and thorough. Matt explained everything to us as he proceeded.

When I called to try to make an appointment I was selling my house and was having an open house only 4 days later. Matt understood the situation and squeezed me in the next day so things would be dry. He was on time - even a little early - and was friendly and professional. He and his assistant did my whole house in about an hour and a half. I had no furniture in the house at the time so even though the price was for a smaller area they did it for the same price. I had a couple of stained problem areas that they retreated several times and although they couldn't get the stains out completely, it was much better and I could see that they had put in the extra effort. I would certainly use them again and am completely satisfied with the job.

I called Matt and was able to get an appointment the very next day. Him and his associate spent quite a bit a time working on the carpet of my very large home. In particular, using enzyme solutions to try and take out the smells in spots where my very bad kitty had urinated. He took special attention to look at the back of my area rugs to see if they could be cleaned without making any colors bleed into one another. Matt did not try to upsell me on things I did not need, just to make an extra buck. I will be using him in the future!

They arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning. I was impressed with the little touches, such as putting styrofoam under a chair to keep the feet from rusting or hurting the carpet. Very friendly and they worked well together. I would recommend them highly to perform carpet cleaning.

Hard-working, professional, used shoe covers and floor covers. Overall did a very nice job. They were unable to get out a few spots in our beige carpet but tried their best using different techniques.

It's no wonder that Matt has won a Super Service Award for his work and attention to his customers. I called Matt's company first because of all the stellar reviews. He and Ray provided true "Carpet Care Experts" service, from start to finish. I had first set up an appointment with Matt a couple of weeks back, and due to work constraints, had to cancel same day. He was very understanding of this fact and we made arrangements to reschedule. We discussed the job over the phone, and he clearly provided the estimate of the work. On the day of the appointment, Matt called me a couple of hours prior and gave me the option of having the cleaning done earlier, as their schedules had some flexibility, but there was no pressure to do so. I was glad to get it started! He and Ray came over at the stated time, we performed a quick and efficient walkthrough, where he explained, step-by-step what he and Ray would be doing. He answered all the pertinent questions (how long 'till I can walk on it, is it safe for my two cats, etc.). As I didn't have a chance to vacuum the stairs for the cat hair, I asked Ray about this and he said not to worry, that they'd take care of it. Matt and Ray quickly got to their work and set up in a very professional manner and were most pleasant. They used wall bumpers and tarps (which I have used other services that have not had such attention to detail). Carpets were clean and immaculate in 90 minutes or less (I wasn't paying attention to the time because the whole operation was seamless). As we have two cats, I wanted to make sure that the cleaning would do a good job of pulling out the hair, and that they did (and the good thing was that I didn't have to pull out MY hair, because they did such a fantastic job!) I would use Carpet Care Experts again in a heartbeat, and I hope their business is continuing to thrive with all the good reviews and service the next time that I need carpet cleaning. Matt arrived on time and inspected all of the rooms to be cleaned before he started. His helper then pretreated any stains or extra-dirty areas. Matt discussed any concerns he had about cleaning certain areas as he worked and solved all problems competently. The carpet was cleaned beautifully, in a timely manner, and smelled great. I will definitely have Matt and Carpet Care Experts clean my floors again!
