It went great. I'm very pleased. He was in and out pretty fast. He was very polite and careful with everything that he did as far as the wood floors, making sure that they didn't get wet and lifting the small pieces of furniture and putting something under the seat so they wouldn't leave marks on the carpet. I think he did a very good job. We had one room that had a lot of stains on the carpet and I couldn't believe he got them all out, for now anyway. I'm very pleased.

There was a spot that didn't come up when they visited initially, but they came back out today to get that done. He was able to get the spot up and did a few little extras for us without charging us for the second visit.

It went fine! There were no other charges beyond the big deal amount. They were great. They were very professional. They did a great job! It was the first time that I used this company.

My experience with Carpet Care Experts was fine. What I like was the man was very professional, he did a great job. What I didn't care for was he's a little bit disorganized and I actually had to call back to get my appointment. He charges a pretty high up charge for a small SUV. I thought the service is fantastic but because of the up charge, I won't have them again; I think it's too high for a small SUV. If I have a big Yukon, I'd understand it but my small SUV is the same as a car.

Came and did a great job quickly. Made sure to ask several times if I was pleased with the service before they left. I was!!

I purchased the Big Deal and contacted The owner to schedule my appointment. He was very courteous and friendly on the phone. I was able to schedule my appointment for within two weeks to accomidate my day off. They showed up on time and started right to work. The carpets looked amazing. They spot cleaned a few stains that I had and the carpet looks brand new. I would highly reccomend them and will use them again in the future.

The services worked out very well. They did a good job, I need to call them back for a couple of spots that I have in the study, but I haven't had the chance, but other than that, they did a good job. We had purchased a big deal, and we had them do a few more things, and so we had to pay more. My husband talked to them and they were courteous, and they did a good job on the carpet. The price was good for what they did, the guy was supposed to come out on Saturday, but something came up and so he came on Sunday, although I told him he didn't have to.

They were great. They showed up on time, had a courteous and professional attidude. They completed the work in a timely manner and put all furniture back in place. I would recommend them to all my friends!

Matt and Ray did an excellent job. They were able to get a candle wax stain out that previous cleaners could not. Excellent service.

Again Matt went above and beyond was on time fast and constantly stayed in contact with his time frame.

He was very thorough and efficient. I was most impressed with his cleaning next to the baseboards where years of dirt and grime had collected. The whole process went quickly and the cost through Angie's list was amazing.

Matt Nothstine (the owner) called ahead (as promised) and actually arrived about 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. Both Matt and Ben (his assistant) were very friendly, and Matt walked the house with me as I showed him all of the areas to clean, including specific areas to target for extra deep cleaning (we have a pet). Matt explained how they would proceed with cleaning the carpets, and they used covers on the front door, which they had to ajar to bring in their equipment hoses, to keep the bugs out but the cooler a/c air inside. After pre-treating the carpets, they cleaned the entire house in about 2-hours, constantly working the entire time. We were very pleased with the job they did, and would definitely recommend them to others and use them, again. We've had our carpets cleaned twice before, and they were significantly cheaper. This was our first experience with an Angie's List Big Deal purchase, and we were very pleased with the experience.

It went extremely well! It was the second time I purchased one of Matt's deals. He is a very personable man who strives to do a great job. My carpets looked brand new when the cleaning was over. I will definitely use him again.

Two thumbs up! First off, Matt was willing to honor my coupon after it expired! The only additional fee was a $30 service call. Second, he responded quickly to my phone inquiry, scheduled me for the next week, and showed up when expected. I highly value such professionalism. Third, his team worked hard and my carpet is clean - even spots I thought were permanent are gone. They even clipped out tiny pieces by hand that needed it. I fully recommend Matt and Carpet Care Experts.

I would say it was all good. They were on time. They did a good job. They explained things thoroughly to me.

Matt was prompt and courteous. He and his assistant worked hard and completed the job in a timely manner. They treated a couple of old stains that came out! I am happy with the results and will use them again.

My appointment was at noon. They called at about 8:30 am and wanted to know if they could come early due to unable to reach his first appointment. This worked out fine. They arrived promptly, asked me what I wanted done, explained exactly what they were going to do, then began working. Were quick and did a fine job. When they were done they explained what I should do about decreasing drying time(fans) and when to put my furniture back. My son and I moved the furniture as this was not included but his assistant offered his help. They did move my couch and love seat. All went smooth. Dried in about 4-5 hours with fans. Carpet was not extremely dirty but it looks like new now. I plan to have them clean my mom's house and her couch and chair. I spoke with Matt about this and he was very helpful. Matt is a very nice man who was honest, efficient, and fast. Very pleased with the whole experience.

It went extremely well. I was under a tight time schedule as I was moving out of condo and needed to get the work done between the movers, cleaning ladies and final inspection. Carpet Care Experts owner scheduled the visit and helped complete the carpet cleaning. Everything about the job from start to finish was professionally done. They were even able to get marks off the stairs from the moving dolly (assuming it was grease). Highly recommend!

The owner of the company and an assistant came to clean our basement carpeting and stairs. They were friendly and did a great job. I appreciate that they put paper coverings over their shoes and protected the paint on our walls and trim. Thank You!
