They did a great job. We had several areas that were deeply stained and they managed to get them out. They were professional, prompt and polite. And they did not leave any marks on the floor molding as other companies have done. The process did not take nearly as long as I thought it would, but it was very thorough.

This was a great value for the price. They were friendly and on time. I would use them again.

Matt did a walk through with us before beginning the cleaning and we pointed out any areas that needed special attention. He and his helper did their work then another walk through was conducted to make sure that we were satisfied. We were completely satisfied.

Matt was quick to respond to my call and prompt in his service. He was clean & careful not to track in dirt or waste my air conditioning as it was quite hot outside the day he came. The equipment was professional grade. I had to call him back out because a large dark spot (not previously there) was left as the carpet dried. He & his assistant were able to get it out. The upholstery cleaning left a strong smell on my couches & chairs. I guess I'm not a fan of his cleaning solution, but the furniture looks good.

my carpets were very dirty due to previous homeowners' never cleaning it. matt came over with a helper and cleaned all the rugs i had in a little over an hour. excellent jobs guys! i can finally rest easy because my rugs no longer look dingy. i would use these gus again, even without a coupon. not much money for each room to be cleaned, a la carte. thanks matt!

They were very prompt in getting back with me after I purchased the coupon. I had to delay the cleaning due to the installation of hardwood floors, but they were very prompt in scheduling when I got back with them. They asked exactly what I wanted cleaned and did an excellent job. I was most pleased that the carpets were not at all "wet to touch" and care was obviously taken not to disturb newly laid hardwood floors. What a deal for $99!

It turned out really good. The guy from the company was really easy to work with. When he called, we made an appointment and then I decided that I was not really ready. So, I called him and he said, "No problem. Let us reschedule it here." And then I called him again, so he was really really not like, "Well, I cannot do it until.." But he was very flexible. When he did come, he came in and went through the house to see what we were going to do. He was just very accommodating. I showed him where I wanted to go and he did a great job. The carpets were wet longer than I expected them to be but it was not in all areas. It was one of the areas that I think he had to work extra h****** to get everything out. I was really pleased with the service. I have never gotten my carpets cleaned by anybody before and the longer you go without having them cleaned if you are taking good care of them, the better. They have been down for 16 years and so he did a good job. I paid him a little bit extra because I added a space. We were actually going to get some new carpets in and he said, "Well, I should clean that for you and then you would not have to get it quite as soon." I said, "You know what, that is a great idea." I can wait until after Christmas." And that turned out great for like $20. I would definitely have him back. In fact, I am planning on having him back to do another space that we have because I did not have time to have it done at that time and it was not ready. I want to move the furniture a little bit and he would have probably done that if I asked him to but I did not want him to do it yet.

It worked out fine. The guy who came out was great and he did a really good job. He was really conscientious. I will have him do it again. I had him put some Scotchguard carpet down in an extra room that was not in the big deal so I paid him extra for that.

They showed up right on time and were very respectful. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they were careful to make sure the animals did not get out or hurt during their service. They also protected the baseboards and wore protective covers on their shoes the entire time. The carpets look great and smell fresh. We will definitely use them again.

It was a great experience. The team arrived actually early, did the assessment, and immediately began work. They were very professional and really cared about doing the best job possible. Matt welcomed our being there, so that he could make sure he did the job the way we wanted it. After all the carpets were cleaned, he walked through each area with us to make sure we were satisfied. We were more than satisfied! It was the best carpet cleaning we've ever had! In fact, it was the best Angie's list purchase we've ever made. We would highly recommend the company.

I asked him to come back to redo the stairs which he graciously did without objection and they were improved. There was a spot which he could not completely eradicate because of the red dye in the Popsicle juice, which I completely understand. However, whatever he used to clean it has caused dirt to stick to it and now it shows up worse than ever. We usually take off our shoes when we come in the house, so this should not be happening. He was most eager to please. I think maybe his products are not good.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they have been great. I've had no problems with them and they did more than I expected them to do for the price of the Big Deal.

Everything went well. Appointment was easy to make, company arrived on time (early actually, with a call to make sure that was ok). We did a walk-through to make sure I pointed out any stains i was concerned with. They were able to get out stains that another carpet cleaner could not (stain initially went away, but came back shortly after - this time it's been gone for several months). I was very happy with the quality of the work and customer service.

The owner was very personable and professional. He and his assistant did a very good job. He told me of a few stains that couldn't be corrected after it was done instead of letting me find out. There a couple of pet accidents that didn't come out which I was disappointed with but I dont think it was their fault. They were worked hard and did a great job overall.

He got the times mixed up so he arrived earlier than he told me but we made it work.
