Matt was great about reaching out to schedule an appointment. He and his crew member were on time, even a little early! We walked through the work and he explained what they would do in what order. They worked quickly and did a good job of cleaning, including getting some rust stains out, including this as part of his service. I would recommend Matt and have actually already shared his name with a friend!

Matt did an excellent job. He responded right away when I called and scheduled appointment at my convenience. Arrived on time and worked efficiently. Talked with both my husband and I about upholstery and took great care to not get very wet so as not to damage.

Matt and his team are absolutely fantastic! WOW!! Our kitchen floors now look brand new. Matt was prompt, professional, courteous and most important to me, CLEAN. He had booties on and laid down tarps as not to disturb our wood floors or carpet. He explained the cost in our email exchanges before the date of service, but he also explained the price on site. I could not be happier!!

We scheduled the cleaning a few days out (they are busy, which is always a good sign) and Matt kept in touch in the interim. They arrived when promised, I gave them the "nickel tour" then they got right to work. They worked hard, continually, methodically and finished in a little over an hour. (One room and one set of stairs) They area was left neat and clean and the carpet was dry in two to three hours. We would definitely hire them again! The price was very reasonable and the quality outstanding!

On time, professional and work done well

RI hired this company to do my 85 year old dad's home. They were able to get there earlier than scheduled which was great. They were very good at what they did. He did not try to push extra services on us but asked us what we wanted done and he did it. Carpets looked really good when they finished. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This was the third carpet cleaning company that I called and the FIRST person to answer_therefore, they got my business. Matt answered and was able to schedule a cleaning within a few days and a very affordable cleaning at that. I appreciated the fact that Matt arrived with his technician_I value a company where the owner provides the work requested. I was thrilled that the price quoted was the price at the end of service, NO up charging. My husband and I did remove all furniture from room to make it easier for a thorough cleaning. The room smelled fresh and not "chemical." It was dry within about 5-6 hours on a very humid day. They also carried the oversized chair from the garage to the bedroom which I very much appreciated being 9-months pregnant. I have recommended Matt to a few friends and family.

I usually use a national Carpet Cleaning company. My last experience was very dissatifying and I decided that I would never use them again. I used a home steam cleaner. I wasn't really happy with the way the carpeting looked. Based on the reviews, I decided to purchase a Big Deal for Carpet Care Experts. Setting up the appointment was easy and they arrived on time. There were introductions, a walkthrough of the house, and they went to work. We recently completed a basement remodeling project. There was construction dust, footprints from the contractors, and just all around grime. There was also some paint/joint compound splotches. Carpet Care Experts cut the splotches with scissors and steam cleaned all of the rooms. The carpet looked great after cleaning. It looked like brand new. Three weeks later and I am still very pleased with the cleanliness. Carpet Care Experts earned a customer for life!!!

Very well -we will definitely use them in the future - not only for our rental property, which this was, but for our residence. On time, and did a great job.
