I bought it as a gift. It turned out fine. There were no complaints.

Matt was prompt in returning phone calls, friendly and professional. Service was scheduled on the date I requested. Matt was very respectful in his interactions with myself and his co-worker. The carpet cleaning was thorough, completed quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the service from Carpet Care Experts.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. They were very nice and I liked working with them. It was just a week after and the stains started showing through. So I wouldn’t recommend them. I liked them personally but I just don’t think they did a good job. I’m no longer in that home though.

He did an excellent job and wanted to make sure that I was happy.

They were in and out quickly. I bought the 4 room deal but only needed three areas cleaned so he threw in Scotch Guard treatment in the high traffic areas.

Great job. Arrived on time - very professional. Cleaned small area at top of stairs at no extra charge. My carpets were really dirty and they looked great when they were done. I was surprised they got out all the dirty stains. Not pet stains, but food or mud. They also moved some light weight furniture. Definitely recommend them.

Downside was that they never contacted me for service. I had to contact them. Once we finally got them in to do the work it was good.

Our experience was very good. They were quick in being able to come out. They showed up promptly, did the work efficiently, and the carpets look great. They were very courteous and professional.

Carpet was quite dirty due to dogs. The steam cleaning really was impressive. The carpets looked so very much better. They did a great job. I am quite happy with the result.

Pretty good job--left some cleaning powder residue on the front seat. Windows were a bit streaky but is was a super hot day and they did the work in the sun.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out really good. There were no additional charges. This is the first time we used them. They did a really good job. They had moved some sofas and chairs around to be able to get under them in the living room and they did the same in the family room and then put them up on styrofoam blocks so the carpet could dry underneath it. They had gotten out some stains that we didn't think would ever come out and they just made it look really great especially on the light colored carpet in the family room. They did a really good job and they were very thorough with it. They didn't take any shortcuts and the 2 men were really nice and answered questions. With the coupon, the price was really good but I don't really know about contacting carpet cleaners in what they would charge.

We found this service provider on Angie's list with no other recommendation. We needed to get the carpets cleaned in my aging mother's home. Making a recommendation like this to her is risky - she is very picky about how her home is cleaned and is rarely happy with the results. She had already made an appointment with a large, well known carpet cleaner that we knew was expensive and difficult to work with. We changed her appointment to use this company. Things couldn't have gone better. She loved their work. They cleaned all the carpeting in the house - being careful to get into remote areas - like the backs of closets, etc. The cost was less than half of the bid from the other company. My mother was so thrilled she even gave them a tip to buy them lunch. She was thrilled and we were very releived Way to go angie's list! I recommend this company whole heartedly

Mike was prompt to schedule our cleaning. We did not have to wait long to get on his calendar. The day he was scheduled to come, he called saying he had a cancellation and would like to come earlier. That was no problem. Mike was in and out in less than 2 hours and did an excellent job. He did not pressure us to buy any additional products. The carpet was completely dry by the following morning. We would use Mike again and highly recommend him.

Matt was great to work with, very helpful and accomadating! We ahd some miscommunication on date and time ( my issue since I had to change days due to my unpredicatable work schedule). Matt was a pleasure to work with his crew was equally as helpful and nice. My carpet looks great and I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

Very smoothly. Good communicator, spoke kindly to his assistant, did a second set of stairs w/o charge, made a real effort to do a good job.
