This worked out very well. They did a great job. We had them clean carpet in four rooms. The technician was very friendly and the carpet looked great afterwards. The carpet dried quickly. We had some issues with scheduling, but it was the weather not them. I see nothing to improve on and just went very well.

I called Matt and he came the same day to help (despite already having a full schedule). Within 20 minutes of his arrival I was breathing a sigh of relief. Crisis averted--he knew exactly what to do to rapidly fix everything. Matt and Ray have been to steam my carpets before and they were great both times. I would highly recommend Carpet Care Experts to anyone. A++++++

Matt was very friendly and professional. He always took my calls immediately and was very accommodating to my specific needs. We moved into a new home that had some "pet issues" in the carpet and not only did he thoroughly clean and deodorize the carpet, he offered to return a second time at no charge if the pet odors were still present after the carpet dried. Happily, by the next day no pet odors were detectable!

Matt was prompt and professional the carpet stains were gone and the carpets were clean. He was very accommodating.

We selected Carpet Care Experts based on their good ratings in Angie's List. We called and arranged the cleaning about a week prior. Matt and his helper were punctual, arriving promptly at the agreed upon time. They used a unit that was in the truck and used a covering on the door to keep the cold air out and also used a tarp just inside the door to protect the wood floors. I'm glad they didn't use one of those portable carpet cleaners because the truck unit provided much better suction allowing the carpets to dry quicker. They also put coverings over their shoes to make sure they didn't track in anything from outside. They very professional and knew what they were doing and when they were done they did a good of cleaning up. The job took about 90 minutes. Using the ceiling fans and some floor fans the carpets dried in just a few hours. We were very happy the work they did and would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

The cat pee smell was gone after the cleaning.

I thought they did a good job. I thought they were very courteous and really did an excellent job. I would use them again. The price was fair.

When I contacted them, I mentioned I had four rooms and a hallway. The said it may be another $30 (I believe) to do the additional hallway, but they would let me know when they saw the area. After viewing the area, they included the hallway with the original purchase. There were two individuals (owner and helper). They were very polite and professional. Before they started, they went over the carpet areas that had stains and told me what to expect. Some stains were bad. Overall work was done quickly and was finished to what they said I could expect. i would use again.

Matt, the owner was in constant communication with me before the appointment and even arrived early. He fully explained what he was going to do. The whole procedure took around an hour and the carpet looked great. He took care to protect my walls and furnishings. The price was well worth it. Matt and his assistant were very professional. Matt explained that he once worked for a name brand carpet cleaning chain and was disgusted with the high pressure sales tactics he was forced in to so he struck off on his own, basing his business on integrity and word of mouth. Contractors don't get much better than this.

Our dog had an accident and being that the carpet was only 6 months old I wanted it to be done correctly. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything in detail. I no longer smell the urine so the treatment seems to have worked. He also explained that if necessary they could come back and pull up the carpet, treat the back-side, and cut out the padding and replace. It's nice to know there are more options if something should happen again.

Matt went out of his way to provide very good service. Worked to reschedule the appointment to meet the request due to busy schedule by the home owner. He went above service that others have provided. My son and his wife have always cleaned their carpet with the machine from the grocery store. After this cleaning by Matt they both were so pleased and amazed by the results. I have used Matt's service several times and have been very happy with the results AND WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE HIM CLEAN MY CARPETS!! THANKS MATT!!

He was very helpful! He called us when he was on his way over to our rental house, and stayed in touch while he was there. We just gave him the key to the lockbox and let him do his cleaning. We're very happy with the entire job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. They were on time, they did the job fairly quickly, and they did a good job. I did not spend any more than the Big Deal price. Overall, they were excellent.

It went great, very nice, very professional and most importantly, the carpet looks like new. I did have an Angie's List coupon but they would have been reasonalbe regardless.

I have tried to avoid this review, but Angie's List is relentless with nudging. I guess I felt I didn't want to "say anything bad". I was just not pleased, and I guess I don't know what I should have expected. My husband and I were not home when he came, but my mother (who also lives in the home) was there. I told her of the one bedroom upstairs that had mascara stains and ensured he knew about that. It did seem that those stains came out - good thing. However, he actually cleaned roughly 2400 square feet plus our stairs in about 45 mins. Honestly, that was really fast in my opinion. Course, I don't have his equipment but when I did it myself it took me 8 hours!! When I came home I was hoping to smell nice fresh carpet but it didn't really seem like it was deodorized, or at least it was not noticeable. I could tell it had been cleaned, but when it dried completely, all the same little marks and spots just came back. I expected since I was able to have done that good of a job myself that by paying someone to come in professionally it would have been a different result. The spots do not seem to be "stains" it seems they could come out with pretreatment or something. So, I will not pay like that to get that result again. Perhaps I was expecting way too much - and our carpet was not real dirty either. In fact, the gentleman told my mother he'd do her area (lower level of house) too since the other two floors were so fast & easy - but she didn't want hers done. I was just sad and disappointed.

Matt got back to me right away about the estimate. Scheduled work quickly. Worked around my schedule. Arrived as due. Was pleasant, helpful and considerate. Showed care and attention to detail. Addressed concerns. Carpet looked great.

Matt and Ray arrived promptly and did an excellent job of cleaning our wall-to-wall carpeting. They are both very hard workiers and there was nothing to clean up when they left. We are very pleased with their work and will definitely use Carpet Care Experts again.

Matt from Carpet Care called me early to let me know he was on his way. The carpets were cleaned quickly and efficiently and look great. He even cleaned some very awkward places that are difficult to get to with a vacuum. He trimmed some places that the dog had damaged and set up some of my fans to facilitate quick drying. He paid attention to the details.
