It's a pleasure to be able to write a great review for these guys, for the second time in so many years. Matt and Ray are customer-focused. They were able to schedule the cleaning at a day/time that worked well for me, and communications were clear and consistent. They were on time, walked through the house with me to confirm what would be done. They protected walls with bumper guards, and elevated larger pieces of furniture with styrofoam blocks to enable drying. Everything was so professionally done in a timely manner. I had a couple of spots from kitties that were problematic, and they were able to get these spots up. Matt is very personable and it's clear he takes a lot of pride in his work, as does Ray. They are a great team and I would and plan to hire then back again without hesitation.

They offered extras such as Scotch Guard and I declined. It’s been a few years, but I’m sure everything went well. I have older carpets in two rooms and they made those look nice. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal. I felt the price was excellent.

This provider was great. He really worked h****** the carpets and got out some stains that I had figured were permanent. He was also great about setting expectations about what he could do for us. Great service!

Matt called Monday morning had a cancellation and was able to come earlier than anticipated. Matt and his coworker did an excellent job. They were very courteous and was completed in less than 2 hours. Matt was also able to get some stains out of the carpet that the previous company did not.

Excellant, above my expectations. Matt was due here at 1PM but knew I preferred earlier (that was the only time he had when I called. He called at 1030am said if I was OK with it he could come sooner or keep the original schedule, my choice. We went early and they were in and out in no time, did a SUPER JOB removing pet stains, and did it all for the $99 coupon. I was impressed. I woud give them the highest rating

I purchased a deal from Angie's List to have the whole house carpet cleaned for $199. Matt and his helper arrived on time and cleaned the carpets in about two hours. They were polite and professional. I have referred a neighbor to call Matt to remove a stain in her dining room carpet.

The carpets looked the best they ever have after a carpet cleaning. They did an excellent job and we will not hesitate to use them again.

The man and his helper were very friendly and careful to not track in the part of the house where the hose came through. He asked if it was all right when they finished and I thought it looked okay but when it dried it was still pretty dirty. He had said it was worn and doubtless it is, but it is still pretty good. Last time I had it cleaned it was much better looking so I am disappointed. I'm talking mainly about the hallway, but there are a couple of other places that didn't clean up well.

They arrived on time, they were fast, efficient and professionals. I'll use them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Matt and his company. I purchased a special deal on Angies list for $99 to clean and deodorize 4 areas in our home. He was very responsive when I first contacted him. We set up an appointment for the next week. He and his technician came on time and did a beautiful job on our carpets. He was very professional . They cleaned 3 rooms + stairs. Our master bedroom has an alcove and small hallway. In the past other carpet cleaners have counted that as 2 areas, but Matt did not. He also threw in our 2 walk-in closets. And most refreshing, he did NOT try to talk us into other add ons as other companies have done. We had some pet stains and other spots which came out completely. They took a little over an hour to do the job, and our carpets were dry in just a couple of hours: much faster than when we used other companies. We were extremely satisfied with the service preformed and will for sure use Matt again. We highly recommend Carpet Care Experts. UPDATE Nov. 11, 2014 Just used Matt again to clean carpets in 8 areas this time. Again, he did a superior job and noticed and removed spots we didn't even know were there. Our carpets dried quickly and now they look brand new. We will certainly be using his company again to clean our carpets.

I would highly recommend Carpet Care Experts. Matt worked with me ahead of time to schedule the job and ensured he completed it on the day we agreed upon despite potential weather issues because he knew we were preparing for an Open House. He and his technician worked very thoroughly and left our carpets looking extremely clean and smelling fresh. The price was also very reasonable for cleaning all of the carpets throughout our house as well as a sectional. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future as needs arise and recommend them to friends/family.

There had been some pet care issues from a previous tenant, Carpet Care took great care of these issues, left carpet looking and smelling fresh and new. On time, professional, quickly completed, positive attitude. Also, we noted that Carpet Care had a disabled employee who did excellent work,was a valuable team member and was treated as an equal. As parents of a handicapped adult, this is important to us. Already plan to use this company in the future and recommend them to others.

Matt and his partner were great! Personable, careful, thorough, and fast! They showed up on time, worked with me since I did not have 4 rooms of carpet, but two rooms, a set of stairs and 2 area rugs. He was very flexible. There was no sales pitch, no extras added on, and no hidden costs. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him. Per my request, he put a deodorizing enzyme on a pet stain, and when the carpet dried, it turned the carpet brown. I called Matt and within 2 days, he came back for free and fixed the spot, and he re-did the traffic area since his hoses were going to be on the carpet. I will be using Matt now on for all my carpet needs!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and explained everything they were going to do. They answered all my questions, showed me each room as they completed it and would run over any spot I thought I saw. Our carpet looked brand new.

I had a printer (black powder) ink spot on my carpet. It was a little larger than the size of a quarter and looked disastrous on my beige carpet. I did not touch the spot and called Carpet Care Experts. Matt removed the spot with no problems and was done in about 15 minutes. I am completely satisfied and will definitely call Carpet Care Experts again. Thanks Matt!

I bought the special $199 for "Whole House Carpet Cleaning" valid for rooms, hallways, and stairs. Matt along with his helper showed up on our scheduled time. We just bought the house and wanted to have the carpet professionally cleaned before moving in this weekend. I do not have words to express how well "Matt" cleaned the carpets. I should have taken the before & after pictures of the carpet. The carpets were extremely dirty, lot of food stains, pet stains & odor, pet hairs. Matt & his helper pre-treated and deep scrubbed including the corners which a lot of carpet cleaning companies don't do and that leaves a black dirty carpets on the sides. There was a red wine stain on the carpet in family room and he did mention that he will try his best to remove it and also said that if it comes back again then it has probably gone to the carpet base which can't be cleaned from the top. The main thing I liked about Matt was he is not pushy like others who want us to buy extra add-ons for this and that which you probably don't need. Moreover, he gave me an extra add-on for free based on the size of our house (8 rooms, 1 hallway, 2 stairs out which 1 is a T-staircase). Extremely satisfied with the service & definitely recommend them and would definitely use them in future.

We took advantage of a special. Absolutely great service! Our carpets are 15 years old and they look great again. We have pets so we really wanted to use a deeper-clean system than what we thought the spray foam was doing. Carpet Care Experts did a thorough job and left behind no mess. They were even early to the job! We will hire their services again.

It went well. The technicians were on time, did a great job with the cleaning, and acted professionally when dealing with me. They even wore booties in the house to keep the carpet clean while they worked.
