There were no troubles with scheduling. They were very prompt and even called to let me know they were on their way. Two technicians came for the cleaning and completed the work in about an hour. The job they did on the staircase was the best job I have ever seen. There was a lot of discolorations in the steps, especially from having two dogs in the house. They took their time and were able to get all of it out. It worked out great! Everything worked out fantastic.

Matt arrived at my house on time. There were some tough carpet stains and he had me watch him clean them so I would know that he did his best to get them out. He was very friendly, always asking me if I was satisfied with what he was doing. Everything looked good and clean when he finished. I would use him again and highly recommend them.

Owner and one helper was prompt, friendly and prepared to work, with a truck that contained the cleaning machine, only the hose and wand entered my house, and a can of professional grade cleaner. I requested only one item of furniture be moved for special attention to extremely soiled area surrounding a night stand that I feared may have been to badly soiled by my blind partner to save in lieu of moving any other furniture because carpet was otherwise still new. They did an excellent job, made the soiled areas clean as new, cleaned walking areas in other rooms. They were done within the hour, carpet damp, not wet, dried in a couple of hours. I was very pleased with the job and will have them back again and again.

He arrived early and he was very friendly. He and his worker did a great job.

It was great! Matt called to confirm our appointment a few days before and the morning of our appointment he called to say he had a cancellation and did I want them to come earlier. I was at work so I needed to keep the original time. They showed at the original time and got straight to work. We are just moving into the house and the carpet was very dirty and had some stains - they took care of everything quickly and got everything but 2 tiny paint stains out (smaller than a dime). The whole house smelled wonderful. They cleaned up - you wouldn't know they had been there (except for the very clean carpet and really wonderful fresh smell!) A very positive experience and I will definitely use them the next time the carpets need cleaning.

Arrived on time, great communication concerning date and time. They did a fantastic job getting out multiple pet stains and cleaning of high traffic areas. The carpet smelled fresh and clean. They worked fast and thorough. I will use this company for any future cleanings.

This provider was unbelievably great to work with. I had to change the time of the cleaning several times due to uncertainty with movers, and he took it all in stride. He was very pleasant to deal with, very professional, and did a great job. My carpets look new, and the dog odor (present when I purchase the home) was completely eliminated. I will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to others.

Matt called we set up an appointment. He called before he arrived to make sure I was available. He was working on another house and he was running a little late because the lady of house added more areas when arrived. I agreed that he should finish her house before coming to mine. He arrived exactly at the new time we agreed upon. Matt and his helper got right to work and did everything he said he would do. They cleaned up after themselves and was very pleasant. Pretreated for stains, cleaned and left after setting up my fans to help dry quicker. Carpets look great and 2 hours into it feel almost dry. Matt is a great guy to work with.

They worked hard and together they got the job finished in a short period of time. I plan on calling them again to clean my rugs when needed.

Carpet Care Experts is an experienced and very interactive two-man team that listens to what the customer wants. They cleaned and pre-treated all rug surfaces prior to steam cleaning. They attacked heavily soiled areas like wear tracks and pet stains with multiple methods, deoderizing, and offering to apply Scotch-Gard. All cat and dog hair was gone! They hand trimmed all loose rug threads to improve on appearance All furniture was placed on top of round forms to minimize impressions and improve drying with a simple fan All areas looked great and were dry in 1-2 hours

I was very impressed with CCE and would not hesitate to recommend this company. CCE is professional, responsive, prompt and clearly cares about the work. Our carpets look and smell like new, which is no easy task given the amount of abuse from our kids and dogs. CCE was able to get those stains I can never get out with rental units. Given the quality and cost of CCE's work, I will not likely be doing this work myself again.

It went great. They were extremely professional and prompt. They moved one or two pieces of furniture I was unable to move and even offered to reset the clock above my kitchen sink. He also left a special spray bottle of a solution in case of other litter box problems.

Matt and his helper Raymond, were outstanding. No fooling around they just went straight to work. I have a 19 year old cat that throws up a lot. I have tried to clean the spots myself but didn't do a very good job. These guys made my carpet look like new. I have had Stanley Steamer, Woodard and other carpet cleaners before but this company was the best. I would highly recommend them. I will have them again.

Excellent service, great response time, owner actually comes to provide service, very detail oriented, goes extra mile such as base board corner protectors to not scratch with hoses. Over all great service and our carpets dried in a timely manor and look great.

Provider responded promptly when i called. Also responded promptly when i emailed. Provider was punctual on time agreed. He did a great job but what I loved most was that he explained the cleaning, pointed out problem areas, stains and other problems with my carpets. I am happy with job done. I would recommend him and use him again.
