The cleaning was great. We have pets and they did a great job with the pet stains. A month later the stains have not come back.

I was highly impressed by Matt and his staff and their professionalism. The results are amazing. Matt's company will be my 'go to' in the future. The services he offered for the price were much lower than bids I had previously received.

Purchased a coupon offered through Angie's list. Matt responded the same day, and we scheduled a day and time. Matt called on his way and arrived on time. I showed him all of the carpeted areas I needed to have cleaned, and as it resulted in more square footage there was an additional charge of $50, which I felt was quite reasonable. Matt and his assistant had all of the rooms (3 bedrooms, stairs and a large finished basement) cleaned and done in a couple of hours, moving furniture in each room, and placing pads under the legs of the furniture pieces as they went. Very happy with the work they performed and would highly recommend them.

Matt Nothstine of Carpet Care Experts was prompt in responding to my purchase of The Big Deal as well as arriving promptly on the day of the cleaning. When they arrived, he and his assistant accompanied me through the areas to be cleaned, asking questions related to the source of the stains in order to be able to remove them. They worked quickly yet carefully (there were no marks or knicks on baseboards, corners, etc.) and their conversations sounded like they worked together to ensure that both were working together what was needed to remove the stains as well as the results. We are very pleased overall with the results and especially in areas which had particularly difficult stains.

Matt and his helper did one FANTASTIC job!! They were punctual. Matt was responsive to requests to redo areas that were worn or stained. They were concerned about tracking up the carpet while working and wore protective booties over their shoes. They stayed at the house for over 1 1/2 hours until job was completed to my satisfaction. They worked tirelessly for the duration of the job. Needless to say, I was quite impressed with his work ethic, his integrity, and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend Matt & his helper to family & friends.

My carpets were in pretty bad shape thanks to the 4 cats and 2 dogs that reside here. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were at my house for an hour and a half and they worked hard the entire time. I can't believe how great my carpets look now. Especially the stairs because my vacuum doesn't do a great job on them. I still have two or three spots on the carpet, but they are not miracle workers. Overall, I am so happy with the work they did and I will definitely use them again!

Matt and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. They cleaned the carpets in our family room, long hallway, and two bedrooms. We have used their services several times and they always do a good job. They are neat and careful of our things. We will use them again.

It was a good experience. So professional and considerate of your home. Didn't leave door wide open but used doorstop and wore booties. Really good job and would use again.

I bought the deal online and paid for it. I had renters moving in in 5 days and did not realize they needed the cleaning date to be a week out. I explained that to Matt in an email and told him I would appreciate it if he could get me in a little early but understand if it is not possible. Boght the deal on Friday and he called me Monday morning and cleaned it Monday afternoon. He did a wonderful job, it could not have been better. I will definately call him again.

I worked with Mike and he was very professional. He answered all calls and scheduled us promptly. He called me an hour before they were supposed to be at the house and said they were free and could come early, which was great! He and his employee were very professional and courtious. They went over areas to be cleaned and did not pressure me for any additional services. They put plastic protectors on the chair and table legs to protect from cleaner. They also were very courteous in cleaning up sprayed cleaner on my hardwood floors and advised me the more fans the better for the drying of the carpets correctly. I would defintely use them again, very happy with their services. I would highly recommend them.

Matt showed up on time at 7pm when our stores closes and finished with in an hour. Everything went according to plan.

He emailed me first and asked if I lived in Illinois, to which I replied yes. He was apologetic & nice but told me that they don't work in Illinois, so I have canceled the deal.

They communicated clearly, responded to a phone call immediatel, followed up as they promised. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. The owner didn't try to charge extra for anthing, and clearly was vested in doing a great job (without air conditioning!). These guys were terrific and I would highly recommend them! Caroline

Very pleased with the job that Matt and Ray did. I had some challenges with pet stains and they did a great job in cleaning them and making everything smell nicer! Very punctual and gave me a call about 1/2 hour before he arrived which was great because it gave me a chance to get my pets taken care of. Would recommend this company to everyone!

Scheduling was pretty easy and they were able to come within a week of when I called. What I appreciated is that they didn’t try to sell me on additional services that I didn’t need. Matt was willing to help move small furniture and put protectors under the legs under all the furniture. They were very considerate.

Matt was able to schedule the cleaning within a week. He called me the morning of the cleaning to see if he could come a little earlier which was fine with me. He called me again to let me know he was on this way and would be here within 20 min and he was. I showed him the areas with pet stain and he pretreated those areas. He asked what areas I wanted cleaned and what furniture needed to be moved. He placed the furniture on blocks to ensure the wood would not be exposed to the dampness. He set up my fans to assist in the drying of the carpet which was dry within 4 hours. I have light color carpet which looked nice after the cleaning. My grandson came over the next morning and complimented that the carpet looked nice. I have had my carpet cleaned several times over the years by Carpet Care Experts and have been very pleased with their cleaning. I had Matt clean my son's carpet prior to a Christmas party last year and my son and his wife were very happy with the cleaning. I will continue to have Matt clean my carpets!!

Matt was wonderful to work with! He was in touch that morning to confirm the appointment time, and he and his helper were friendly, professional, and efficient. Our carpet looks great; I would definitely use this company again.

Matt gives great customer service. He is very attentive and responsive and he kept me in the loop regarding his schedule the whole time. He did not give me some 4 hour window for his arrival, but cited directly the approximate time he would be at my house. At the last minute, I asked if he could also clean two small area rugs that I had, that my dog urinated all over. He said he would without hesitation and he did not charge extra to do so. He was very prompt and the carpets looked great afterward!! I would recommend his services to anyone and will definitely be using him again the next time I get my carpets cleaned.
