Matt and Ray came to the house at the designated time. They pretreated spots on the carpet, then clean and sanitized the carpet. It took them about an hour. They were efficient, courteous and went about the job like they had done it a million times before. The price was excellent and we did not have to put up with the Stanley Steamer pressure tactic to buy a bunch of unneeded extras. The price was just outstanding. Stanley Steamer, in the past has charged us over $200.00. Matt charged just $40 per room. You cannot beat that price. Would we use this company again, you bet. They were the best.

It was seamless. First off I contacted the owner (Matt) via email and phone a few times regarding some questions I had before I scheduled the service. He responded to my emails promptly and always answered his phone personally. All my questions were answered and I was able to get the service scheduled for my desired date. He and his assistant arrived on time and we did a walk through of all the areas that were to be cleaned. Not only were the carpets cleaned impeccably but all the baseboards were vacuumed as well. They both wore paper coverings over their shoes and wiped up any water on my floors which was very minimal. After the job was complete we did another walk through to make sure I was satisfied which of course I was. I don't know that my carpets have been this clean in a long time (and I have them done about twice a year) ! Matt and Ray were very professional and I felt completely at ease having them in my home. I was never approached on having additional services performed (scotchguard etc...) so felt no pressure at all which was a very nice change to most of my experiences with other companies. Aside from the wonderful clean carpets, you would never know they had been there as they cleaned up and left my home as it was before they arrived. Carpet Care Experts will remain my go to from now on!! If you're looking for quality results at an affordable rate, this is the company to call!!

I thought that Matt and his helper did an excellent job. Matt returned my call, was on time for the appointment and did an excellent, excellent job of cleaning my carpets. He was professional and really seemed personally concerned that I was happy with the job he did. I felt that Matt was seriously concerned that I was pleased with the work he did.

As others have written, he called to say he could arrive early, if that was okay with us, and he did. The job was a tough one: the room and hallway were repeated recipients of dog urine from two puppies. I actually was not expecting anyone to salvage these areas. The area was much less than the intro coupon would have covered but I was happy to pay that for thorough treatment, hoping mostly that the smell would be noticeably reduced. My daughter was present throughout, and she told me later how hard he had worked. The smells were greatly reduced in both locations, and the appearance was much improved. He fully met my expectations. In fact, I am going to call him, again, after filing this review!

The owner, Matt, excellent. He even called to see if he could come early to the appointment because he finished another job early. I would recommend him.

My carpet was dirty and Matt did an excellent job. It took him 45 minutes to clean my carpet and the stairs. I will definitely use him again.

Family room had a few bad stains. Afterwards, carpets look like new. Great job for a great price.

Matt and his assistant were amazing. We moved into a house that had red and orange drink stains in two of the bedrooms. While they weren't able to remove the stains, they certainly did what they could. They even cleaned a stain off the baseboard in one of the closets! The carpet looked and smelled a lot better when they were finished.

Carpet Care Experts (CCE) did a superb and thorough job! Matt and his assistant accommodated our schedule--provided cleaning services on a Saturday morning so we didn?t have to miss work--and arrived on time. They discussed with us our cleaning needs and did not try to sell us additional services or surprise us with any unanticipated surcharges. CCE has excellent and effective cleaning equipment and carefully positioned it in our home up multiple flights of stairs and landings without nicking or scuffing walls. CCE also protected our woodwork corners. Our carpet, especially on the heavily trafficked stairs, looks brand new again! My wife and I are delighted with the service we received from CCE and will certainly use this company in the future for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning projects.

They showed up on time and cleaned the carpets in my Motor home. Matt and his assistant were professional and took great care not to damage anything in the Motor home. The did a great job cleaning the carpets.

I wasn't present when the work was completed, but my son was very impressed with the service. They arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly, and did a good job. Furthermore, the carpet dried quickly shortly after they left.

We love this guy! Our house is in constant use by 2 dogs, 3 kids and their friends and whatever adults happen to be dropping in. Our living room is our main go-to place and it had plenty of signs of use - Matt made it look like new! Same with bedrooms, stairs and hallways! I felt as though our house had undergone a total cleaning - it looked and smelled so much better! We found that Matt is honest, a hard worker and delivers what he says he will deliver. We are planning our next (quarterly) cleaning, soon!

Matt and his team are very punctual and thorough. The service is excellent and always gets my carpets back to their original color.
