The entire process went well. Mark was the supervisor and always communicated with us. All the installers including the plumbers, electricians, floor people, painter, etc. were very professional and competent. We are extremely happy with our new rooms!

All construction completed on time. Workers were extremely friendly and cleaned up and vacuumed every day they were there. Overall it was a very good experience. Owner came out at final inspection and notice a nick on door and ordered a new one. (we didn't notice)

Excellent quality of workmanship and products. Environment was clean, project done on time as promised. No question that things were done right-as promised!

bathroom had major water damage/rot in the outer wall and some of the subfloor. The workman, Jeff, was great with attention to detail in what was needed to fix everything. Heather was excellent with helping me picking out wall and floor tile and counter tops with bathroom appliances for a clean and open look in a small bathroom. Mike, one of the owners offered great suggestions for redesign and was immediately responsive whenever called to voice concerns or ask questions. Would highly recommend using this company for kitchen and bath remodeling or building.

Everyone entering our home was courteous & professional. The lead carpenter from C&T was polite, patient and very talented. He kept us informed and was always available. Excellent experience - Beautiful result!

C&T is an extremely professional company and it showed from the designer (Heather), the owner (Mike), the installer (Matt) and tile expert (Mike). This company goes above and beyond to make your construction project go as smoothly as possible. While there were a couple bumps in the road during the project, C&T was courteous and timely in addressing these issues. We couldn't be happier with our shower and with C&T. Highly recommend based on quality and customer service.

The designer was excellent, extremely helpful. The head consultant guy arrived on time, as did all the craftsman. Their work was outstanding.

Jim (the designer) listened and gave good recommendations. Mike (the project mgr) was always available for questions regarding installation. Both Jim & Mike worked with the insurance company when estimates by the adjuster were too low.

Helped design did new kitchen. Finished protect on time and within budget. Took care of everything professionally and still helping on minor things after completion.

The work was well done but there was too much time when no work was done causing the finish time to be extended several weeks.

Everyone was professional, informative and detail oriented. We were not just customers, but were treated as close friends/family and always treated with courtesy.

Callier & Thompson did our bathroom in 2001 with great results so we went back to them. We were pleasantly surprised that the designer we worked with was still there. We knew that Callier's cost would be competitive with the home improvement stores, but we also knew that with Callier we would be working with craftsmen, installers, and contractors that have a long history of quality work with Callier. Kevin—our designer—was great to work with from start to finish. He took our inputs and came up with a plan that was unique and beyond our initial ideas. He pulled together colors quickly—much quicker than we could on our own. He gave us options with relative costs and volunteered cost saving ideas. He was always extremely responsive and positive and upbeat. Mark manged our project. Every morning he let us know by phone or text what to expect that day. He was there with the installers for part of almost every day and was always accessible by phone. He was great to work with--he answered every question and followed up on every request. Rick installed the cabinets and did the carpentry finish work. He pays a lot of attention to detail; the cabinets look great. Every installer was very good at what he did. Each was willing to spend extra time if necessary to get things right (e.g., to level the sagging kitchen sub-floor before installing the tile, to ensure the electrical outlets over the counter were level with each other, to show up on Sunday to fix a leak in the newly installed plumbing, and to clean the family and living rooms when the dust got out of control.) Each was willing to answer lots of questions. We’re thrilled with every aspect of our master bath update and kitchen/bar/laundry room/half bath—the walk-in shower, the kitchen floor/cabinets/lighting, and especially the Cambria counter tops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen layout is completely new and opening up the bar area significantly opened the path and view between the kitchen and family room. The work was done professionally and very close to the three month schedule. It’s great to have one of the company owners to stop by occasionally and that his motto is “we want it done right.”

The professionals at Callier & Thompson were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Jenny Siebert did a fabulous job with the kitchen design and Mark Gunther and his team executed the work with great care and consideration. We are in love with the end product!!

Beautifully! Any issue that came upload they always do were addressed & taken care of quickly and professionally. We have used this company for another bathroom in the past.

.Considering this was over the Holidays, we were exceptionally pleased. We worked with the designer and picked out all colors and styles and agreed on a start date (about 2 months to get materials and get into the schedule). All work was done very professionally and the quality of materials was superb. We were particularly pleased with the job boss -- Mark Guenther -- who was vigilant in keeping us informed as to whom was coming and when. Great job of keeping the place clean -- they had to bring everything in and out through the Master Bedroom -- and made sure there was no lingering messes at the end of the day. All the support staff were courteous and efficient.
