Service was great. Price was comparable. On time, no problems

I am unable to address the quality of the work as the work was done inside of the duct system which I am unable to see. I have to take the word of the technician that the system is clean and that the sanatizer was applied. While the technician was amiable he did not cover is boots when going inside and outside of the house unlike other vendors I have used. It would have been a little more assuring if the technician had a company shirt with a logo showing professionalism.

.Very well. Me and my family are very please with the results. Everything smells so very fresh and healthy. We did air quality test before and after. The pretest came back elevated with several strains of mold which was a concern due to health issues with our family members. Post test proved that the air quality was no longer elevated, and the mold spores was eliminated. Thank you so much for helping us.

I got 3 bids on a mold remeiation project. While C&L was not the least expensive, their bid was the most thorough. Liz & Brian answered all of my questions completely and with patience. When I left town unexpectidly, the project was completed when I returned. I was impressed and releaved to see results beyond my expectations. They will be starting 3 other projects in my home next week and I have referred them to two other friends.

Job started with mold testing, which we were pretty certain as all of our family was continuously getting sick. After receiving the Air Quality Analysis, the company proposed a scope of work 1000's less than many other company's we contacted. Again, not anything anyone can prepare for, but if it happens, I would highly recommend C and L Quality Services

It went extremely smoothly. I should say that before we contacted this company, my wife did a considerable amount of work to scrub some mold off the concrete walls in a storage room, remove a small privacy wall that she suspected contained mold, and tear out some drywall in another suspect wall. We wanted them to spray in about four different areas, including the places she'd cleaned or taken out walls/drywall. Brian came out within a day of our calling them, and fortunately he charged us for just one spraying service despite spraying multiple places(because each place was fairly small). Basically, he sprayed the sanitizer in a fog form and suggested we stay out of the area for a few hours. There was essentially no mess involved, and the entire job took less than 30 minutes.

Their approach was different from other companies. We decided not to go with them, due to the different process, because we had already had a reaction to the mold, and the way they would have taken care of the mold would, while proven effective, have given more possibility for further reactions. The price was fair though.

C&L Quality service cleaned all the supply vents, return vents, air ducts, and dryer vents in our new house before we moved in. The estimator, Liz, arrived promptly for the appointment and presented us with the estimate before leaving. We did receive a $200 discount because the job was done before we moved in, and the house was vacant. She also estimated that the job would take about four hours. The gentleman who cleaned the vents arrived on time, and there was no change in the estimated price. The job took less time than estimated, approximately 3 hours. He did his job quickly and efficiently, and it was a real plus having the house vacant for the duct cleaning.

I FELT THAT THE MEN DID A VERY GOOD AND THROUGH JOB. THEY SPENT OVER FOUR HOURS WORKING, CLEANED UP NICELY AFTER THEMSELVES; SHOWED ME WHAT THEY'D DONE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS A DISCREPANCY ABOUT THE PRICE AFTER THEY WERE DONE.
