JERRY GABEL

Jerry usually works for a plumbing company in Ashland and this was an "on the side job" He had placed a filter on our water system last year with great results. He gave us a list of supplies to buy and then planned to come to work. The first day he was 20 minutes late and brought his dog Bacon to hang out.(Turns out Bacon is very well behaved.) That day he was to work until 3 pm; however, he stopped at noon. Second day he was one hour late to start. We had to make several extra trips to town to buy supplies that he swears was on the list (but were not or we would have gotten them the first time). When asked a question regarding the job he performed for us a year prior, he immediately was very defensive and started cussing. His professionalism at that point hit rock bottom. He started throwing his tools in the back of his truck. Jerry was about 85% finished with the job or else we would have just asked him to leave at that point. So far his work was fine and fairly cheap; I guess that what you get what you pay for.
