Spartan Ram Jack St. Louis

I buy and rehab to keep several houses a year and Ram Jack is my go to foundation partner. Their prices are always fair but more importantly they keep me coming back by their service and the way they stand by their work.

I love this company. They come out to properties quickly to assess the issues, and professionally and affordably come up with a plan of attack. They know what they are doing and are backed by engineers. All work is warrantied. 10/10. Look no further when it comes to all things foundation repair.

Overall, I'm very pleased. RamJack did a great job, and the results are perfect. The only complaint I have is that their estimate of needed materials was off by 50%, so the final price ended up being higher than anticipated. They were, however, upfront about the fact that estimating the size of a void underneath concrete is difficult, and about the cost of material in excess of the estimate. All that said, I recommend RamJack, and have already have already sent them to a friend of mine who needed similar work done.
