Shelby Roofing was one of 3 companies I called for bids. They were the only one to actually get on the roof and look at the damage the squirrels had done. Excellent service and overall great job.

Very professional. Got right back to me. From the minute I called them, they had someone out the next day, reviewed my situation, gave me a honest bid, then, emailed me to let me know all the materials were in. They have previously done my roof. It's hard to find a good roofer . I would recommend Shelby for any roofing, siding, guttering, or any exterior house needs. Plus they use local contractors. THERE IS AN HONEST CONTRACTOR LEFT !!!!!!! I called Shelby to come out and inspect some shingles that were coming up around my chimney. I knew my roof was probably 6-7 years old. When I bought the house a few years ago the Agent told me it was 4-5 years old.An EXTREMELY nice man by the name of Matt came out. He then went to inspect the issue with my shingles. He explained to me that they were just coming up and that all he needed to do was cement it down. He took care of this then looked at the rest of the roof and actually complimented the prior company on the job that they had done and said the roof was still in decent shape and the chimney was strong( WHO DOES THIS?!?!?!). I then asked Matt"What do I owe?" He said "you don't owe anything all I did was put a cement down"(once again WHO DOES THIS?!?!?).All I know is when I do need a new roof I will with out a doubt be calling Matt & Shelby to do the work. I was blown away by the honesty. Most any other company probably would have tried to sell me a whole new roof. If their work is as good as their Honesty I know they will do an OUTSTANDING job!!!! Thank you so much for your honesty. It really has made my day.

As soon as the weather cooperated, they were here early morning and since the work included a sunroom and garage, it was totally finished with cleanup in two days. Very fast and very efficient! We could not be happier. We strongly recommend Shelby roofing to give excellent service.

Workmen arrived on time, did laudable work, cleaned up after themselves and finished very quickly in less than a day on a very large out building.

They were fantastic. Josh was the manager that came out and gave me the initial bid. He had all of the information ready in a package. He provided estimates and samples. The roof looks great. I was very happy with the work. i would highly recommend them.

Communication was a little off. They were supposed to call before they came out. They also showed up a week early which was nice but would have liked to know. They also just left without telling me they were done. Repair seems to have been done right though as I had no water after a recent heavy rain. I thought the price was a little for ninety minutes worth of work.

We had about 20 ft of cap shingles blow off the roof on a Saturday afternoon. With the prediction of heavy rain coming we called Shelby roofing and they came out on a Sunday morning to repair the shingles. They did an excellent job and even cleaned out some leaves that had gathered on the corners of the roof. The owner was very courteous and professional. We will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to others.

Shelby Roofing was excellent to work with - Josh was prompt in getting me an estimate and in answering my many questions. The crew that installed the roof was courteous, prompt, skilled, and did a great job cleaning the debris. I am very pleased with the installed roof. It looks great.

Shelby Roofing was fantastic. They showed up when they said they would, communicated well, and worked closely with the insurance company to make sure the job was done well, and we were treated fairly. The insurance company fought us at every turn, but Josh handled them perfectly and professionally.
