+ 0 moreI contacted rep at Natural One the next day, October 7, 2011 to inquire about the unfinished services and a possible credit. She informed me that she could not access the completed work order and would be unable to get back to me before Tuesday, October 11. I called and left a message for her the evening of the 11th to ask for a status update. That phone call went unreturned. I called twice the week of October 17 and asked to speak to a manager. Both times I was told she was unavailable, but on the second call I was told I could speak to some kind of assistant manager. I explained the situation to her and she said she would get back to me within one business day. I have had no response from anyone at Natural One, nor have they responded to my complaint through the Better Business Bureau.
Description of Work: Natural One came and gave me an estimate for lawn care services on August 15, 2011. I contacted them the week of October 3 to begin, at which time they informed me I would receive a 7% discount for pre-payment. They were unable to accept credit cards, so I mailed them a check for prepayment in full on October 5. They came to my property on October 6. Of the five services that I paid for in advance (fertilizing, mulching, aeration, over-seeding and slice seeding), only three were completed on that day (mulching, aeration and over-seeding). Additionally, at the time services were rendered I required mulching and over-seeding in the front yard only, rather than both front and back, per the original estimate.
