Lo Overhead door responded quickly on a Saturday afternoon and was at my home within one hour. Michael arrived, viewed the damage and sprang into action. He quickly realigned door parts, straightened track parts, and ensured all working parts were adjusted correctly. It was clear that Michael had great knowledge and understanding of garage door operation. He was able to affect repair without parts replacement keeping costs down. We were very pleased with original installation and two other family members used him as well.

They were courteous and prompt and did high quality work. We may use them again and it is all hinging on whether they get back with us for our backdoor. The salesperson was supposed to pass on the information to a person that was responsible for that department and we have yet to hear back from them.

Michael was on the job in less than an hour from calling him. I called around before calling him and was happy that he wasn't charging by the minute like everyone else I called because this job was about 3 hours long. He showed me what was wrong and there was a lot wrong which I knew before I called him. He cleaned up everything before he left and showed me took the time to show me how to maintain it. Very pleased and the garage door works well and is much, much quieter.

It went great. I called around 8:30 p.m. and got a hold of the owner. He told me it would cost about $125. I asked if he could come first thing in the morning so that I could go where I needed to go. He arrived bright and early at 6:30 A.M. and got started and finished the job within an hour. I was very pleased. It ended up costing $135 because two of the bottom rollers needed to be replaced.
