Jaycox Outdoor

I contacted Jaycox because I was looking to hire one company to both pour a concrete patio as well as do our landscaping. I initially contacted the company through their website and received an email the very next day. I then had the opportunity to speak with Kelly Jaycox and set up an appointment with a designer (Ryan). This appointment was confirmed via email 9 days prior to the actual appointment date. The day of the appointment, no one showed up. I called the office, but received no answer and left a message. I never received a call back. I sent an email. As of 2 weeks after I sent the message, they have made no attempt to contact me.
