garbage collection
+ -1 moreI was charged $52 to dollars and the cost has jumped $93. I called for an extra pick up on last Thursday and was told that it would be done with in a day and it hasn't been done yet. They even charge for gas and have not reduced the fee after gas prices have gone down.
Description of Work: I use them for hauling service.

+ -1 moreOur subdivision gets a discount for using this company. For about $25 a month we get once a week garbage pick-up and once a week yard waste removal. A trash toter is also included in this price. For the price, they are fine. They do pick up garbage twice a week and I wish I could pick which of the two days to have mine done but they decide that. A couple of times they didn't pick up but when I called the office they were very nice and someone came the next day to get it. For the most part service is fine.
Description of Work: Garbage & yard waste pick-up.

+ -1 moreIF THEIR SERVICE DOES NOT IMPROVE, WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT GARBAGE SERVICE.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PURCHASED OUR PREVIOUS GARBAGE COLLECTION COMPANY AND SINCE THEIR PURCHASE OUR SERVICE HAS DETERIORATED. OUR PICKUP WAS ALWAYS IN THE MORNING ON DAY OF PICKUP. THREE TIMES IN THE PAST MONTH IESI HAS FAILED TO EITHER PICK UP UNTIL LATE IN THE DAY OR WAITED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. THIS MONDAY THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AT ALL, WE CALLED ON TUESDAY MORNING AND WERE TOLD THE TRASH WOULD BE PICKED UP THAT DAY, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AND THIS MORNING (WEDNESDAY) AT 7 A.M. WE AWOKE TO THE SOUND OF TRASH CANS ROLLING IN THE STREET. THEY HAD PICKED UP TRASH, THROWN THE CANS DOWN ON THEIR SIDES, AND LEFT PIECES OF TRASH IN THE STREET WHICH WE HAD TO PICK UP IN THE RAIN.

+ -1 moreTHEY BOUGHT OUT MY ORIGINAL SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY CONSTANTLY MISSED MY PICK UP, SO I HAD TO CALL AND WAIT ON HOLD (AS LONG AS 22 MINUTES ON ONE OCCASION). MY NEIGHBORS SAID THEIR EXPERIENCE WAS THE SAME. THEY WERE REALLY ROUGH WITH THE CANS. I CANCELLED IN JUNE, AND IN SEPTEMBER, THEY ARE STILL PICKING UP MY TRASH. THEY SAY THEY'LL FIX IT, BUT THEY DON'T. THEY'VE HIT CARS WHEN THEY BACK DOWN MY STREET (WHICH WASN'T NEEDED). I RELEASED THEM AND USE A BETTER SERVICE NOW.
Description of Work: GARBAGE COLLECTION FOR 6 MONTHS.
