Worst company ever took 3 months and it still never got done right there sub contractor are a joke ! ended up taking a small refund for the mess

They did care of me. I was in and out and knew what I was going to get. The checker was very funny and very nice. They're competitive with Lowe's. I was definitely pleased with the pricing. I go there all the time. They never had long lines though.

I am pleased with the quality of the pad and carpeting. However, I do believe the installation of the carpeting could have been better. I would have preferred for them to stretch the carpet a bit more.

TOOK MANY PHONE CALLS TO GET A MEASUREMENT AND MANY MORE CALLS TO GET AN INSTALL DATE. I WAS GIVEN AN INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THEM BACK ON ONE OCCASION. AFTER THE INITIAL INSTALL I HAD TO CONTACT THE PEOPLE TO COME BACK AND FIX SOME ISSUES, SUCH AS THE DEADBOLT LOCK NOT ABLE TO LOCK DUE TO INCORRECT LINE UP WITH THE HOLE, THE SPRING WAS ON INCORRECTLY AND A FEW OTHER THINGS THAT THE NEXT PERSON NOTICED WERE INCORRECT SO HE FIXED THEM. THE SECOND INSTALLER INFORMED ME HE HAS TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE FIRST INSTALLER OFTEN WHICH I THINK IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
