Description of Work: Gary Sand, the proprietor of this painting company, so far, has painted our kitchen, sun room, Dining Room, Palor, Foyer Greatroom,and stair well. After a brief break, we are also planning to have him complete the remainder of our home. The only appropriate rating for Gary is...OUTSTANDING. Not only is his painting excellent, but this man is dependable in every respect...and he goes beyond just painting....he moves furniture and helps with all the miscellaneous issues that arise during a project of this magnitude. If you need a great painting professional...this is your man!

Description of Work: I recently moved into a condo. It had wallpaper in most of the rooms. I used Sharon Frailey (Off the Wall) to remove the wallpaper. I had another painter paint the kitchen, living room and dining room. He was more expensive than Gary Sand and very messy. I asked Sharon to recommend a painter and she recommended Gary Sand. Gary (GES Painting) came out and gave me an estimate to paint the rest of the condo. He scheduled an appointment and began work. Gary showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. several days in a row. He primed and painted the master bedroom, guest room, den and two bathrooms. He also painted all the doors, door frames and baseboards. Gary also touched up all of the messes that the previous painter had made. Gary is very pleasant, reasonable and a true professional.
