Five Star Carpet Care

This is at least the sixth time I've used Five Star Carpet Care. They were referred to me originally by my neighbors who also use their services regularly. Sonny and Derek are completely trustworthy, responsive and do a great job. They are polite and patient, as I sometimes add on work for them as we go. They always arrive a few minutes before scheduled appointment. I typically move as much as I can off of the floor and vacuum prior to their arrival. They spray a pre-treatment cleaner on top with spot remover where necessary. They then steam clean the carpet using equipment that is self-contained in their van. They work quickly, but thoroughly. When they're done, they spray a deodorizer that has a decent smell which is not too strong (I'm pretty sensitive to over-powering scents). The carpet dries in a reasonable amount of time which varies depending on the weather or how many fans I have in place. They are super nice, honest and very professional. Their prices are very reasonable. I haven't tried to find anyone else for a price comparison because I know Sonny and Derek will do a great job and, more importantly, are very trustworthy.

Sonny (owner) and his helper arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. They sprayed my entire area with a pre-treatment, and used some additional cleaner on the tough spots. The carpets had not been cleaned in many years, and had more stains that I care to admit. They moved my furniture and cleaned the carpet under them as well. They here for less that an hour and the work was very well done. I will have them back on a regular basis to keep my carpets looking good.

The coupon was for $69 but they charged me an extra $20 because it was outside the city. They were punctual and did a good job. They did everything they said they were going to do. They cleaned all their mess up and then they left. They did a good job.

After getting quotes from top rated Angies List companies for 600-700, I turned to CraigsList and found some more alternatives. Sonny offered to do all for 350. He was prompt and professional, and our carpets look great.
