Description of Work: I have used this company on and off for many years. This year there was an emergency and needed them to service an air conditioner unit at a second house we own. It was in July and extremely hot. The lady dispatcher was not cooperative and although they had a person in the area said it was too close to shift end so they could not come out until the following Monday or Tuesday (it was Friday). I called another service company and they sent someone out within 2 hours and quickly fixed the issue and for a very reasonable price. Having my tenants go 3 or 4 days without A/C in July was not an option. Accordingly, I have used a different contractor to service our units since.

Description of Work: They installed everything in 2003 and I've been using them to perform annual check. Fantastic service and experience year after year.

I have used them to install new heating and cooling units over the past fifteen years and service both annually. Their costs and charges are very reasonable and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Complete inside inspection and cleaning of furnace, filter and electical motors: including gas channels, heat exchanger and operation.
