They installed a direct-vent gas fireplace insert into our existing wood-burning fireplace. They were very friendly and helpful when we were shopping for a gas fireplace, and helped us understand all the options and find one that worked well for us. Installation was done very professionally and quickly, and they coordinated all the various workers that needed to do the different parts, and the permits and inspections. It was all done in one day, and it looks and works great!

Good. Got an estimate for a basic install, plus additional options. Went with the best option (stainless steel) plus added the chase cover vent. The work was done, and then got a call back from them that they put the wrong chase cover, and didn't replace the vent, so they are coming back to fix that. I appreciate the call and the integrity.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was good of them to complete a safety check because the problem ended up being that the glass front was not secured.

Saved the day. I had a difficult time finding replacement panels for a 35 year old Majestic fireplace. With a closing deadline coming up, they saved the day. Looks like new.

I worked with Steve M from early October through mid-November to get an estimate for a fireplace installation at my home. It took me about two weeks to get him to my home to view the fireplace, including a visit to the store to ensure he received my messages. His mason did not show due the same day as Steve due to personal reasons. A week and a half later, the mason came to my home to view the brick surround and discuss options. The mason told me he would seek replacement brick and let Steve know what could be done. Then--NOTHING. A week later I called Steve. I was told he was very busy with orders, but that he would be working until 8 that night, so he would be able to get back to me. Then--NOTHING. I never received a call back, nor did anyone ever provide me an estimate of the work. Very disappointing to have spent time at the store and at my home with no result. I stopped leaving messages--I assume that anyone who cannot at least call to follow up over a month and a half can't possibly provide a good product. At this point, I have given up seeking a fireplace and will resume my efforts with other providers after the holidays.

This work was done around 10 years ago so I do not remember what we paid for the work. What I DO remember is that it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We are now thinking about purchasing an insert to maximize heat efficiency. We will not be shopping around as we did 10 years ago.

They gave me a very good deal. They knew my late husband, but they certainly didn’t do it for free. The job went great. I thought it was going to be a really big deal and a lot of mess. I wanted it done, and I was anticipating a big mess but it was extremely simply. They came quickly after I went in their showroom and came when they said they would. It was done in part of a day, it didn’t take all day. It was the best thing I ever did.
