 + 2 moreWe had some initial issues with Agnew Landscape Solutions given the delays in getting the work started, no response and issues understanding when our work would be completed. At the same time we opened cases with the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List - the owner became aware of these issues and got involved in our project. He helped work with us and his team to create a new time line and ensure the team finished the work as promised (adding on extra men and working late to make the new date to which they'd committed). In addition, given the 2 month delay to the project, they gave us a discount and completed some additional work for us. The professionalism of he and his team was very heartening and appreciated given the earlier drama.
Description of Work: The work was to do a new paved patio, walkway and landscape in our backyard and do a new walkway in our front yard. We also had the back basement stairs bricked.
