AA Quick Sewer & Septic

I really like their service They came out quickly and they explain what they are doing.

AA Quick responded immediately and cleared the line. However, they will not accept credit card payment over the phone or bill. I had to find someone who would make a special trip to the property and basically show them a credit card, which they called in and approved. I still don't know why we couldn't do this over the phone. I am a repeat customer and have referred them to others.

Couldn't have asked for better. AA Quick got me on the schedule quickly and even worked around some time constraints that I was unable to change. Charged a fair price and service provider couldn't of been more professional on the phone or when on site. Will definitely be using this company more in the future.

He came out and talked to me and gave me the prices for what the motors would be if we needed to replace it. He was a super nice guy and he said he would have to bring his smaller truck to get to our tank. He also stated that he would come out when the weather would be nice. I had not heard from him yet, so I called because we have had many nice days. The lady I spoke to asked how I would like to pay for the service, but I told her that I never got an estimate. She also told me that someone was coming out, but no one ever came. It has been about 2 months. I would use them because the man was nice, just cannot get a hold of them.

Not only did they get back to me within a half hour, the price was reasonable and the young man who came out to take care of our problem and pump out our septic tank was friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally courteous. We greatly appreciate such excellent service form everyone we dealt with.

As illustrated above, though I have used different plumbers over our 40 years of marriage, I have settled on AA Quick. The last two times we had the same plumber, sorry I don't recall his name. He was cordial, business like, and if plumbing was as easy as he made it look I would do it myself. I have, however, given up on doing my own plumbing -- it is not as easy when I do it. When the garbage disposal was planned my alternatives were clearly explained. I am well satisfied with the model we chose and with the advice given as to what to put down the disposal and what to avoid. Similar information about avoiding clogged sink drains had been shared on the earlier visit. Each job was professionally performed, the area cleaned up, the cost reasonable, and the plumber worked efficiently. Yes, I would use them again, and again -- hope I don't have another need for awhile, though.

I live in a condominium so this provider was called by the complex, not by me. It was a Sunday morning and the drain by my washer was gurgling suds. When I attempted to scoop and flush some of the suds, it became quickly apparent that it wasn't just the drain from the washer; no water was going to be drained or flushed. I called Roto-Rooter who arrived within an hour, and found the problem to be outside of the condo. It was therefore the condo complex's expense, not mine, so I had to call the condo's emergency number. They called AA Quick and told me that AA Quick would be contacting me asap with an arrival time. Two hours later, no plumber and no phone call. I called AA Quick, and was told it would be another three hours. Three and a half hours later, I called the condo person to see if AA Quick had called them instead of me. Nope, no contact to either one of us. By this time, it was about 6pm. I called AA Quick and was told that they wouldn't be able to be at my home until between 8:30-11:30pm. They also said that whoever told me it was only going to be three hours that afternoon had lied to me, that whoever it was knew it would be well into the evening and they had no idea why we were told it would be three hours. Yep, AA Quick said this about their own employee. Around 10pm, I called again to make sure I was still in the queue. I was told it would be after 1am and asked I could just wait until the next morning because their plumbers were tired and wanted to go home. Seriously?! Well I'm tired and I want to be able to flush a toilet! I then called Roto-Rooter who arrived (same guy that had been at my home 12+ hours earlier) and had the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes. I suggested to my condo complex that they cancel any agreement they had with AA Quick.

I would not recommend them to anybody. I called when I had a problem and she was going to call me the next day to schedule an appointment and I never heard back from them. She was very rude and snotty. I would definitely not use them. She wasn't very helpful. I ended up calling another company that came out immediately.

They are very honest and do not try to over sell you for services you do not need. They are straight forward and upfront with their customers. They are also available on Saturday and Sundays and they do not charge an additional fee for weekend rates. They state they are a 24 hour service but they really do not come out any time of the day.

I called on Monday and they were ready to come out right away but I wasn't off work until Friday so we scheduled an appointment for then.I called during the week to let them know that I had to work half of Friday so we made arrangements whereby I would call when I got off work and let them know when I would be home. I called as I left work and gave them an idea of when I would be home and not long after I arrived home the driver called to let me know where he was and how long it would be before he got to the house. When he and his partner arrived he asked a few questions about the system and then they went to work and I went back inside. They opened up the system, removed and cleaned the filter, emptied and cleaned out the tank and replaced the filter. They came back to the house and got me and walked me down to the field and showed me where the filter was and explained how to remove it for cleaning and how often to do it. They had us run some water to show that the system was free of blockage and closed everything up. Other than a clean tank and filter there was no sign that they had ever been there. They were nice and personable and there was no problem at all using a coupon I got on-line. The office personnel were great with scheduling and the men who came out and did the work were great and I would use the company again, and plan to next year.
