The crew was really hardworking, we had a lot of stuff and it took all day but they were very hardworking and courteous all throughout. They also seemed really honest and straightforward with anything that dropped or took a hit. We have no complaints and I would certainly hire again!

This was the second consecutive time we used this company in a span of three years. Just like the crew years ago, this recent crew (Greg, Mario and Shawn) displayed courtesy, politeness, professionalism and honesty. This company holds their integrity throughout the years, I definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

From the moment I called they were attentive, courteous and professional. The guys did a terrific job of moving our things. Nothing was damaged or broken and they arrived exactly when they said they would. I would definitely recommend them!!

The movers that moved our house were fantastic! Very professional and the guys worked their tails off. They handled some old furniture very carefully and didn’t damage a thing. I will hire them in a heartbeat!

Absolutely Horrible! We had a representative come to our office to see what the charges would be to move approximately 20 miles across town, and was told that they will be able to get it done in the time we specified for it to be completed, and sent to me a written estimate, a contract, and spelled out the terms in the email they sent to me outlining all of the above. After deliberating on who to choose, we signed off on this company and thought that it was in our best interest to use them based upon these reviews. DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! The men who showed up at our job site were on time, professional, but unfortunately, had different paperwork, less men, and fewer trucks than what the estimate and cost were based upon. After finally getting a hold of the owner/manager (??? - do not know if he was truly the owner) was not at all apologetic about the misrepresentation of the quote, but basically stated that what we had was not right, what we got should be sufficient, and that we can take it or they will leave! What is a business owner to do when he stops production for one day to move the whole office to another location? The take it or leave it attitude did not sit well with me, as then to see that the various pieces of office equipment were damaged because of negligence. The only bright spot was that they did point out to me when they damaged the first item, but were evasive when they did the second item. Had filed a letter to their customer service department as instructed, but was shocked as they wanted me to give them estimates on how much will it cost to repair/replace the items damaged. After 45 days, they finally had a repair person get a hold of me, and when he came out, he informed me that since the damaged items were made of particle board, that they do not repair those items. I told them that they were simple fixes and he agreed, and told me after he writes the report to their management team, he would be out more than likely within two weeks. That was back in January and I never heard from them ever since.

These three gentlemen showed up on time and did a great job all day. They were proactive, polite and easy to work with. They took good care of the items and were meticulous in padding and protecting key items and banisters while moving furniture up and down stairs. I would recommend them. Our movers were Jessie Davis, Walter Huff and Keith Siebert - all three were engaging, easy to get along with and professional.

Excellent. The guys were professional, friendly, very courteous! Greg, Delbert, Dakota and Bill were exceptional! They made my move less stressful and I’m glad I had opportunity to meet them!!!!

We have moved several times and this was our first time using a moving company. The guys that came to move us were very professional, came on time and moved our home in less time than they quoted us! They worked not stop and the weather was about 95 degrees! The same crew came to our new home 2 days later to unload and moved us in, in less time than it took to move us out. Again the weather was extremely hot. They always had a smile on their face and were very personable. Thanks so much for all you hard work...Dave, Bill, Daniel and Drew! You were amazing! We would use this company again!

Great! Excellent service. Jessie Davis, Timothy Mayberry and Donald were fantastic. Very professional, worked extremely fast and coordinated great between the three of them so that the move was completed within 4 hours. These guys didn't take a break or have any lingering around down time! They moved some heavy bedroom and family room furniture and a large refrigerator without any damage to the furniture or walls. We didn't even have to empty out bedroom dresser drawers! We will definitely do business the ABC Quality Moving again, and really hope to get Jessie, Timothy and Donald back! In fact, we have a large dining room set move within the next few weeks so ABC Quality Moving is getting another call.

Excellent - Moving crew arrived on time, introduced themselves (Bill, Dave, Drew & Walt) they went right to work and did not stop until truck was loaded. Upon arriving at new location they went right to work unloading truck. They were very professional and we had no damages. I would highly recommend ABC Moving based on these workers. My daughter moved the week before and was very unhappy with company she used, we were going to use the same company but they did't have date we wanted available. I am very glad I looked on Angie's list and got ABC Moving. I would rate them A+ and highly recommend them.

Kevin W, Bill, Tim and Jessie showed up EXACTLY on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get the last of the items out of our house. They took those items to our new home, and cheerfully put everything exactly where we asked. I've had a half-dozen or more in-person and over the phone interactions with ABC the last six weeks or so. This company is spot on when it comes to excellent communication, punctuality and professionalism. They did everything exactly the way it was promised. I highly recommend ABC Quality Moving!

Positives: The two-person team arrived on time (for loading) and both guys were friendly. Negatives: Despite the fact I had 90% of my belongings boxed up and ready, loading took nearly twice as long as estimated. They wasted more than an hour at the beginning of loading making sure all boxes were tagged sequentially, rather than wrapping furniture and starting to load, for the purpose of "saving lines" on the inventory sheet. One of them smelled horrible, as if he hadn't bathed in days, and they both reeked of cigarette smoke. At various points during the SEVEN-PLUS hours they spent loading, my son observed them sitting in the back of the truck, with my belongings inside, taking a smoke break. All of my items smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. They seemed incapable of handling normal moving tasks such as breaking down standard wire shelving; all of my shelving units arrived with missing pieces (feet) and some were actually damaged (stripped connection points, bent poles). The morning of the move, I was contacted by a representative of the company, complaining about the "late" start time AGREED UPON by their office staff; the following day, as I was driving across two states myself, the same not-particularly-friendly representative contacted me regarding the payment arrangements (note: I'd provided the office a copy of my driver license and credit card well in advance), claiming they couldn't process the balance without additional documentation (which I had to pull over to provide - by forwarding the SAME email to them again). The movers barely arrived at delivery within the time window provided.

They were punctual and professional. Took great care with some antiques and everything was wrapped very carefully. No problems with delivery, nothing was damaged or missing. They estimated 3 hours for the whole move and they were right on.

Excellent all around! Michael, the owner, came out to do our site visit and prepare the estimate. He was on time, professional and responsive with the quote. We made some minor changes in between the quote and the day of the move, and each was met with a "No problem!" attitude by Andrea in the office. On the day of the move Kevin W and Tim M showed up exactly on time. Again, we made some changes, adding and deleting items, and each was met enthusiastically and handled cheerfully and perfectly. Kevin and Tim were polite and careful. The worked at a good pace. We had a sofa-sleeper in our basement, a very difficult item that took four tries to get upstairs. They carefully stuck with it and got it handled just right. When Kevin and Tim arrived at our new home, they were patient while we decided where we wanted some of the items to go, and they cheerfully put everything where we wanted it, re-assembling furniture when needed. No cuts, scrapes or errors on any walls. I highly recommend ABC. If you want great communication and responsive, flexible service, they are your team.

Excellent. The gentlemen on the crew (Jessie Davis and Mario) did a wonderful, professional job on my move. They were on time, extremely kind and professional and finished the job as quickly as possible. I would certainly use ABC again, if I knew these two would be my crew.

Dave, Bill & Walt showed up promptly, viewed what needed to be done and got right to work. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to move 40 years of accumulated furniture - including many heavy oak pieces. They even were able to safely move my recumbent bike up the basement steps and again down steps at new place. Upon booking, I hadn't been aware they also would have moved pieces to different location in original home. As I wasn't prepared for that at time of booking, I hope to be able to hire them again to move things to garage for charitable pickup.

ABC Quality Movers were beyond excellent! I had high expectations (based on other Angie's List reviews) and they were exceeded. Will and Dave were outstanding. They were extremely careful with our things, and they were NICE to work with! We had some special packing concerns for fragile speciality items, which were addressed with the greatest (and most reassuring) professionalism. Everything about this move was accomplished to perfection. I greatly appreciated the fact that ABC moves each family's belongings with a dedicated (individualized) truck and team. They have my highest recommendation.

Wonderful service. Loved that our stuff was loaded and stayed in truck - without comingling - until unloaded. Very professional and took great care wrapping / moving pieces. Honestly could not have been a better experience.

My move was excellent! My crew was super fast and efficient even in the heat. The guys were very nice and took great care of my furniture. Even the office staff was friendly and helpful in scheduling my move. I would use them again when I move next and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I am a previous customer of ABC and will always use them or refer them to friends. As usual they were right on time, the work was done quickly and efficiently and the crew was so polite and professional. They always do such a great job!
