ABC Quality Moving & Storage

Our team of movers were Brett, Michael and Jeff and they were absolutely fantastic. They had a great attitude and were extremely careful, professional, courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

ABC quoted me for a 5hr move, they sent 3 guys which seemed appropriate for a 2 bedroom apartment. My boxes were organized, labeled and set everything set up for a smooth move. An hour and half into the move no furniture was dissassembeled, so I started with the couch, then the table. It took one of them an hour to dissassemble a bed, they didn't have the right sized Allen wrench. When they tried to dissassemble the second bed they complained that the screws were too tight, they did not have a power drill to unscrew them, so I had to dissassemble the bed as well. On arrival to destination, they started bringing stuff haphazardly and then would not reassemble the couch, table, or bed, because it was "company policy". The one bed they put together, was not appropriately screwed, and fell apart as soon as I moved the mattress around. I called the office, Megan replied saying that it was not possible they didn't have tools. She told me her supervisor will call on Tuesday because she had an ear infection. When I called to follow up, Megan reported that there was nothing I can do and she refused to forward my call to her supervisor. This was the least efficient and least professional moving company I have ever worked with.

I moved from my house to an apartment this past Friday, October 16th. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of work and communication from ABC Quality Moving & Storage. I received a phone call a couple of days before my move and I received another call from the actual movers on the day of my move indicating they were on the way. Joe, Jake and Adonis were fantastic, respectful, and courteous individuals. They were extremely professional and reviewed everything before they started the process at my home and at my apartment. I would highly recommend ABC Quality Moving & Storage and I would personally ask for the same movers that I had (Joe, Jake, and Adonis). Don Rudolph

My movers were incredible. They moved a giant loft bed into a very tiny hallway and didnt damage anything. They put the bed together in no time. Brett and blake did an amazing job. I highly recommend.

The movers were on time, very efficient and pleasant. My items were secured well inside the truck and moved without damage. Would use them again!

Your estimate was way off. It took 2 hours longer than the top-end of your estimate and $400 more. My fiance helped load his car for the duration of the move, we moved stuff over the day before and we still have stuff not moved! My movers were high all day, took multiple breaks they told my fiance they would deduct from their time and then never did. The movers put a HUGE scratch in my newly refinished wood floors, then wrote it in the wrong section of the contract so we wouldn't have been able to claim it. The only way to fix the scratch would be to refinish the floors in the bedroom, further inconveniencing us. I have called and left my contact info for a supervisor to call me back multiple times and no one has called. I will never use ABC again. Horrible service.

Very well, Kevin and Jake picked up the concert slab top chest and delivered with it to my new apartment with care (I watched as they removed it from the truck). I added the relocation of a lift chair from one room to another and then, they dismantled a king size storage bed and turned it from one side of the room to another and reassembled, Start to finish was 1 hour and 1/2 including travel.

It was perfect. Brett and Will arrived early and they were ready to go. They were incredibly professional and the entire house was moved in 5.5 hours. They put everything in the right place and nothing was damaged or hurt. They took such care and were incredibly nice 10/10 would recommend.

They did a phenomenal job moving us!! We had a lot of items to move and the house that we moved to was an older home that had 3 stories and a basement. The crew of 3 did not complain, they were hard workers, they took good care of our items, and they took apart and put tougher all of our items. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone looking to make a move. You will not be disappointed.

Had an antique pool table thats very heavy and hard to move, they handled it with no problems.

We used ABC Quality moving and were very impressed. They did a great job moving our heavy furniture and made sure nothing was damaged. They worked fast and asked questions that when needed. I will use them on my next move and refer all of my friends. I would like to call out Kevin W, Tim, Will, Jake M, and Joe on their professionalism and customer service.

I had a great experience with ABC. Duane, Jeff, and Colton were wonderful. It was so hot and humid, but they didn't complain. They always asked where I wanted things. Their pace was super fast given the heat and a house on a hill. I was told they would arrive between 8:30-9:30. They arrived at 8:35. So great to get things moving quickly. Can't recommend enough.

My movers were Dustin, Mario, and Jake. They did a fantastic job. They had the truck loaded quickly and were efficient at moving the items from the truck to the storage facility. I would gladly hire this team again!

The movers, i.e., Kevin W., Jake, and Austin, arrived during the designated time frame and immediately began the packing process after being familiarized with the apartment. They were efficient in the move and respectful of my items.

I had an amazing experience using ABC Quality Moving. They arrived and quickly moved everything from my house into their truck. They were courteous, professional and cautious. They were very efficient and cautious with any of the bigger items or fragile items. They didn't make a single scuff or marking on the walls even with some of the dramatically heavier items. I seriously can't recommend Kevin W, Will, and Michael W they did a fantastic job and had a great attitude! Thank you again!

I cannot rave enough about how amazing and thorough ABC Quality Moving & Storage was. From the very beginning, they were extremely prompt at reaching out about their services, and they were very communicative throughout the entire process leading up to the move. We were also given a time frame window of 8:30-9:30, and from past experiences with time frames, I was expecting them not to show up until 9:30. They were there right at 8:45, so I knew right off the bat that they were organized and knew what they were doing. We had two great gentleman helping us, Andrew and Duane, and they were absolutely stellar to work with. The day we moved was incredibly humid and hot, and I know that if it had been me, I would have been complaining and irritated about all of the heavy items I was having to move. These guys did not complain ONCE, and they were so incredibly nice and careful with all of our furniture, including a giant Mid-Century Modern China Cabinet that had to go up a huge flight of stairs. And to top it all off, they moved fast and efficiently! I still cannot believe that after our move, they were going to another house to move 4 bedrooms and a grand piano. These guys were absolute rockstars, and if we have to move again in the future, I am definitely using them and ABC Moving. Thanks again for all of your help!!!

Great work - from scheduling, to understanding my needs, to the actual work done and the price. Dave, Jeff and Dylan all worked really hard to move a full truckload in just a few hours. They were professional, courteous and careful. Great team, I have used several times and will recommend to friends and family.

Had a great experience using ABC Quality Moving. They arrived and quickly moved our house into the storage unit and the apartment in a timely fashion. They were courteous, professional and had a great attention to detail. They were also passionate about safety. I can't recommend Duane, Brett, Anthony, Jesse, Aaron enough. They really did a great job and during this pandemic they provided excellent service. Will definitely ask for each of them by name and will only use ABC Quality moving for all future needs!

ABC Quality Moving and Storage was great for our move. We moved from a 3rd floor apartment (with no elevators) to a house. Our movers were Duane, Dillon, and Dave. They were all very courteous, efficient, and helpful. They moved everything quickly and in a timely fashion. They also went above and beyond to maneuver some of our larger items through a small door frame - it took extra work and time but they had no complaints and got the job done for us. Also, we quoted multiple moving companies and ABC Quality Moving and Storage easily had the best rate. I would absolutely hire them again.

Jeff and Andrew were great. They took good care of my items. I've used ABC Quality Moving & Storage 3 times now and each time they've had a great crew come out. Setting up an appointment and getting a quote was very easy as well.

Crew members Kevin, Will and Greg came before the move to wrap and pack many items and get boxes ready. Then Kevin and Will returned for the move, working a man short. However, they finished ahead of schedule by working quickly and professionally. They returned after the trip to unload everything and once again were prompt and polite. I would hire these crew members again for their excellent service.

Dave, Dan, Dustin, Brett and Darell were AMAZING!! We could not have asked for our move to go any smoother than it did. Even though we had issues getting into the new home, the crew was patient and rolled with it. They were on time, worked hard from start to finish, were personable, great attitudes and handled our belongings with care. I would absolutely call them again.

Greg and Jeff did an amazing job on my move on 3.5.2020. They took great care with my things and would definitely hire ABC Moving and Storage again.
