ABC Quality Moving & Storage

Went really well. James, Walt, and Kevin W. arrived on time with packing materials and got started immediately. They packed until they ran out of material! Great guys. Happy to have them return after they had been here all day Monday. We have been very pleased!

We had Steve S., Walt, David, & Chris. They were excellent. They were on time & moved quickly. They didn't waste anytime. They moved all the big & heavy items from the old house to the new one. They also moved the hot tub. We will use them again when we have to move a pool table from another location . They were so nice & polite.I would highly recommend them. Their cost was very reasonable. Loved using them.

Kevin W and Dave arrived on time and were friendly and courteous. They handled our household furniture with care and professionalism. We are extremely pleased with this service. Would definitely recommend ABC Quality Moving to anyone.

It went extremely well. James, Cliff, and Jerry did a great job of not just moving but helping to figure out the best way to organize the move so the next move would go smoothly. They worked really hard, and no damage to anything. Really great guys.

I recently used ABC Quality Moving for a move from St Louis to a community approximately 75 miles away. I have very heavy and large furniture, along with two antique pieces well over 150 years old - one is a curio cabinet with glass. There were large wardrobe boxes, as well as 70 large, medium, and small boxes. Considering I lived upstairs in an old apartment building with narrow winding stairs and moved into another second story building, it was quite a job. I'm absolutely thrilled that Justin and Steve J were the men assigned to my move. It was a very hot day but they were tireless. They were prompt, courteous, kind, professional, and treated my furniture like it was their own. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything arrived in perfect condition. They even moved furniture for me after I changed my mind on where I wanted it located in the new place. I simply cannot say enough about how happy I am with ABC, especially Justin and Steve J. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

I hired ABC because thier price was great but mostly because of thier reviews. I needed someone to move my mother from her home that's outside the St. Louis area. James and Steve did a great job! It was a very hot day but they worked quickly and efficiently. They made absolutley sure that we had rememberd everything we needed to move. They were very carfeful with my mother's furiture-some of it family heirlooms. I was exceeding pleased with our choice of movers and highly recommend them!

Everything went very well. They got everything moved from one house to the other in about 10 hours.

Cody and Kyle were our movers. They showed up on time. In fact, they were a little early, which helped us out. The were quick, efficient, professional, and courteous. They went out of their way to make the move as stress-free as possible. We had two stops on the trip. They loaded the truck appropriately and wasted no time getting to and from the locations. We had a few special requests for them throughout the day, and they were very accommodating and eager to please. I have hired several moving companies in the past. ABC was, by far, the best. The scheduling was quick and friendly, and our two movers were outstanding! They were recommended to me by two different friends, and they did not disappoint, The cost was very close to our estimate and was reasonable. I would highly recommend them for your next move.

Office staff was friendly and helpful, went out of their way to find a second truck necessary for our move. Movers were punctual, friendly, professional. We have unpacked almost everything and have not found anything that was broken or damaged in the move. They worked hard and very quickly. Total cost came in below what we estimated, much lower than other companies we requested quotes from. We had a lot of stuff to be moved in one day, and they did it without any problems. Very pleased with ABC Moving and would highly recommend.

ABC showed up on time and quickly got to work moving our furniture. It was the hottest day of the year and so conditions were not ideal. Many pieces of furniture were high-end and some were extremely bulky and heavy, including a few marble pieces. ABC used moving blankets when required to protect the furniture and carefully moved each piece. The entire move was completed in just over four hours.

We were extremely pleased with the move plan and the team that came to pack and move our family. ABC Quality Moving was the only mover that suggested a 2-day move plan with the first day for packing (at a lower staffing level & bill rate) and the actual move on the second day. While it was an ambitious plan (given the amount of stuff that required moving), the plan worked out and we were in and beginning to get settled by the end of the second day. We had a wonderful experience with the staff involved with the move (Randy, Walt, Cody, Undre, Cord & Jace). They were professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. They did a great job to keep the move on track and showed a great deal of care in handling and moving our furniture and belongings. I would highly recommend the company in general and this team specifically to anyone considering moving in the St. Louis area.

Greg and his team were the best. They were curtious, professional and just great guys. They stayed on the move as to not waste any time on our clock and they even moved a couple things twice...(we were a little undecisive).I would recommend ABC Moving Co. to anyone who is looking for a good experience at a good price.

The moving team of Will and James showed up on-time, within the appointment window. They were both very friendly, professional and hard-working. The wrapped each piece in cellophane and no damage was incurred to any of the furniture they moved. The entire process took about what I had expected and the price was within budget. I would definitely use ABC again!

They are helping me move as I do this review. They are fabulous. From booking the move to them getting here and doing the estimate, they have been very accomodating and professional and have done a great job of taking care of me.

It was very reasonable. We moved before. We were really happy with them. They were very careful and they did not harm one thing I owned. They were just as careful with my antique oak writing desk as they were with my kid's bicycle. They were very strong. They were also fun to work with. They were very personable. We bought them pizza and we talked with them about their lives. We joked around so in the end, it was a job to them and a job to us that we had fun. I would give them an A. They were great. They had their owner come by and he came by a couple of days before just to see how much stuff we had and to determine how much truck we would need so they sent 2 trucks which really surprised us. It was very professional. They were very punctual.

They moved contents of 3 level condo to a ranch. Lots of stairs

Christina did a wonderful job at the onset walking me through the process in a thorough and courteous manner. The in-person home estimate of services and costs was spot-on. I requested that certain movers not be assigned my move based upon Angie's list reviews and learned that those people were no longer with ABC. I had ABC pack and move. For packing, I had Stephan, Randy and Tim. They all worked incredibly hard. Stephan was very professional and gave me helpful hints to contain costs and to avoid items breaking. Randy had the idea to back the truck up my 200 foot driveway in order to save time and money. He's an unbelievably good driver! Move day was Greg, Randy, Tim and Mario. They worked very hard. Both days, the crew was appreciative of my buying them lunch. Small gesture as they worked so diligently. They were punctual, polite, and stayed within the estimate. I would definitely recommend ABC!

We had ABC originally move us into storage from our house in March. They worked hard and fast. We requested the same crew for our move out of storage into a new house. We got 3 of our 4 "original" movers, and they again worked fast and hard. This was a very respectful group of guys. I wasn't very clear with a few requests so had to have some areas rearranged, but all-in-all, the guys were great. Our movers were: Justin, Tarus, Undray and Frank. Frank was the "new" mover.

Extremely smoothly. Kevin and Walt were prompt, responsive, and worked quickly.

They worked very hard and efficient to get our belongings packed up and hauled our stuff to our new home.

This was a two day move with three truck loads. Because our house is on a busy street, the movers (Stephen, Cody, Undray and Tarus) had to carry the three truck loads of our belongings the length of two 100 foot lots and then up the driveway. Both days were hot and the movers never complained and actually did their work cheerfully. Nothing was lost and nothing and was damaged. They were very protective of our floors and walls. The carpet going down into the basement was soiled in several places, however, ABC had a professional carpet cleaning service here within days and the stains were completely removed. This is the second move ABC has done for us and both were exceptionally well executed. Everyone from the office personnel to the movers seemed to go out of their way to accommodate our needs.
