Greg, Leshorn, Will, and Tarus did a phenomenal job. Very professional, worked nonstop, other than lunch. Got along well together, didn't curse or smoke, which made for a pleasant experience. They covered the traffic areas, and wrapped the furniture well. Nothing was damaged or broken.Their strength was unbelievable and we couldn't of done this without them.

My Brother handled the St. Louis end of the connection and had no complaints. I received the furniture on a Saturday morning in the Detroit area. I was told they would be here as early as 8 am. At 8 am they were at the door. Leshorn and Tarus were friendly and top notch professional. They asked where the furniture needed to go. Some of the heavy pieces had to be put upstairs. No problem. They took great care not to hit the CEILING (this is big furniture). So when they realized that the one piece wasn't going to clear they took it off the dolly an moved it by hand. I could easily see others just bashing into the ceiling and turning to me with the Whatever face ... not these guys. All the little hardware was moved intact. At one point they lost track of one screw. They were on their hands and knees in the truck looking for a screw. Not some rare drawer pull that we could never find again ... a screw. They found it too. Protective mats were laid down on the carpet when they brought in the big stuff. Oh, and they were fast. They never stopped moving from the moment i opened the door to let them in. If i wanted to i can't think of anything to warn about or that could be polished up a little. This was a 10 for 10 experience.

The guys were very careful and quick. Very polite and helpful. Would use again. Kevin, Ryan, Walt, and Mike did a great job!

This is the SECOND time I've used ABC to move me (either in or out of a place) and I absolutely LOVE these guys! I even requested the same men who moved me into my house several years ago-- Kevin, Tim, and Dave (who is a new addition) have been so wonderful to my family and me. I've not had a scratch or ding on anything they've had to move and they even managed to relocate a large armoire upstairs (winding staircase, lower ceiling area) without damaging the furniture, walls, or ceiling. I know this was beyond challenging in an older home and they never missed a step. During this 2nd move, they had to return on a different day because they were unable to access my basement (workers were repairing a line in the backyard). A different crew arrived a couple of days later to finish moving everything out (Nick and Ernie) and they were also wonderful to work with-- everyone bent over backward to make sure everything was done quickly and correctly. I hope my review will be helpful to anyone who needs to relocate, especially with heavy or precious items. I cannot say enough good things about these people!

Our crew consisted of Billy, Kevin W. and Thomas. They were fantastic. They were prompt, fast and efficient. They were very careful--not only with our belongings, but also careful not to bump into walls or doors and to protect the floors. Absolutely nothing was damaged, and they never marked a wall. We moved from two stories and a basement (that was loaded with over 150 boxes, many very heavy) to a house with two stories and a basement, so it was a lot of work. Not only were these guys really strong, but they were very nice to work with. Moving is really stressful, but at least the actual physical move wasn't and was very smooth, thanks to these guys. We also appreciated that they fit us in on pretty short notice and included the crew members we requested from my daughter's move 18 months ago--where they also did a great job. We could not have been more satisfied.

I could not have been happier with the results. I had a two man team assigned to me and they were very professional and efficient. Their names were Walt and Kevin. If I needed services again from ABC I will ask for them by name. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

They were very responsive and flexible. The scheduling of moving furniture between rooms was dependent upon when work was completed in one room. They required only a day or two advance notice, which prevented down time for my construction crew. They also allowed me to request the same crew for my multiple "moves". I have a large, complex entertainment center that I wanted the crew that disassembled it to put it back together. They accommodated this request. Kevin W. and Steve S. were professional, prompt and courteous. Even though my move was 3 small moves (each two-hours or less), the company treated me as if it was a large move. I would highly recommend them.

We used ABC on Friday the 22nd for a House move. We had 4 movers and 2 trucks. The drivers were punctual and worked pretty efficiently. We were downsizing and moved us from a 2 story to a ranch in 9.5 hrs. At first everything seemed great until my wife and I started really going through boxes. We had them put all of our boxes in the garage so that we could move them in gradually. As we have been unpacking we have noticed many of the boxes we marked FRAGILE were on the very bottom of stacks of heavier non fragile boxes. Some of our Items were broke inside and I had a computer desk that was broken. Not only that our garage and lawn were littered with cigarette butts. I was frustrated about the situation so I called to just talk with them about it. I spoke with a girl and told her first off that we had cigarette butts everywhere and she proceeded to tell me that none of the drivers that worked with us smoked, which we saw them smoke ourselves. After that I told her about the Fragile box situation and that we had a computer desk that was broke and some important things such as my wife's great grandmothers china. She proceeded to say that they are responsible at all and didn't even care to say sorry. I became even more frustrated and ask so you aren't going to do anything at all and she continued to just back her drivers up and made me feel like a fool. This made me kind of angry and when my voice raised just a bit she said I was being hostile and she was going to hang up. Finally I said that I said nothing derogatory or anything and just wanted them to stand for something and at least say sorry. I got none of that she said I will talk to my supervisor and then hung up on me with not even a bye, thank you or we just don't care we have your money. The service ended up costing us about 1700 after an $80 tip. I guess just hope you have no problems because they do not stand by anything they do and cover themselves with excuses and no insurance unless they pack for you. So watch your stuff they do not care at all. I have now waited 3 days for a supervisor to return my calls and they are dodging me. I have done nothing wrong said anything inflammatory and wont. I just want some professionalism.

I am very happy with ABC quality movers. The person I talked with on the phone never got sick of my questions (Christine) as well as my numerous phone calls. The total cost of the move was LESS than the ESTIMATE. The moving men were great and they didn't break or damage anything. The men: Walt, John, Steve S, Ryan, Tim, Don M, Kevin A, Leshorn, Undre, & Steve J worked very hard. I didn't want any empty boxes to deal with so they took all the stuff out of the boxes and took the boxes with them. They were patient with me when I asked them to move pieces of furniture to another location and when I asked them to help me put furniture pads on the legs.

I have nothing but praise for ABC. The company is obviously professionally run and does not nickle-and-dime you for "extras". Additionally (and more importantly) the movers we had (2 day move, 5 movers each day, 2 trucks) were absolutely fantastic. Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful... Any positive adjective you can think of could be applied. I observed them a lot during the 2 days and I never saw one of them "slack" (move slowly to the next task, always try to pick up a light object, etc). In fact, they all seemed eager to get the next task done, regardless of what that task was (and my wife loves to buy big, heavy furniture, so there were plenty of gut-buster tasks). The movers were Kevin W, Elvis, Ryan, Nick, Steve J, Billy, and Julius Honestly, I hope I never have to move again, but if I do I will call ABC first and (most likely) only.

I have moved close to 20 times in my life, and this may have been about as good as a moving experience can get. From my first phone call to schedule an estimate to my last email follow-up, all members of the team were immediately responsive and quick in addressing all my needs and questions. They scheduled the move around both Thanksgiving and my work schedule. And while I have not yet finished unpacking every last thing, everything seems to be in great shape. They were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and careful. Everything you could want in a mover and then some. And to top it all off, theirs was the lowest price as well.

Everything about this company was professionally done, including the estimate as well as the dependability, professionalism, and the ability of the moving team to transfer our furniture quickly and with no damage. Chris L, Steve J, and Jon N came on time, professionally wrapped the furniture, loaded and unloaded quickly, and acted with utmost professionalism. I have never had such a trouble-free moving experience, and of course would use this company again!

It went pretty well. When my wife and I stopped directly supervising (to put together bed frames), they put several boxes in the wrong place. We didn't find out until later in the unpacking process, so that was a little frustrating. However, I'm sure they were worn out from moving my one piece slate pool table into the basement, so I was ok letting the misplaced boxes slide a bit.

Greg, John D. and Undray arrived promptly. They worked with the driver who delivered the furniture to unload each item and boxes. They moved all the items in, put together a bed frame, dining table, and baby grand piano. They were very nice, very helpful, paid great attention to detail. They were professional. They didn't damage any item. They assisted with clean-up. I could not have asked for a better team.

I hired these guys to help me move furniture and heavy boxes. Dave, Andre and Tarus were helpful and professional. I was impressed that they did things safely, using two of them to move some the heavier items. They were very efficient and in the end took a few more things that I was going to move myself, but was happy to have them move. I would hire them again.

Local move 2 bedroom apartment with two flights of stairs into a house. Move took approx 4.5 hours total. The movers were on time friendly and paid special attention to every item they moved. I had nothing broken scratched or missing. Our movers were Dave Tony and Elvis. These guys were exceptional. They really busted their butts no wasting time or complaining. It wasnt the easiest move with all the stairs but they handled it like pros! I would definitely use this company again. Price was great as well. I compared these guys to every company I could find and brethren reviews and cost they were hands down the best, I wasn't disappointed!

The loading of the truck was fairly quick. I had the boxes gathered in one location and furniture moved to the middle of the room for their convenience to see the furniture they were moving before starting the move. Not all of the furniture was moved as the new location was smaller. They quickly started moving items coordinating handoffs at the elevator and truck. We were still packing the kitchen in dish packs as they started. This did not create any issues as we finished those boxes and they added to the truck. We did not have to re-explain what was being moved and what was not being moved. This was one of the best parts of the move. Dave, Tim and Steve J. were hard working, attentive and professional in attitude and dress for movers. At Delmar Gardens, I was impressed again with their professionalism and care. They had to navigate with other elderly residents in the halls and elevators. The unloading was efficient with dollys, wheeled carts and other wheeled crates for bulky and several furniture items. I will definitely use them again and recommend their work to anyone who needs a mover.

The three mover's worked quickly (Nick, Will, & John), were respectful, very careful with my belongings, and were friendly. They made the move very easy

ABC Quality Moving provided an excellent experience from our first contact with the company. They provided prompt and courteous responses to our initial inquiry. Using a moving service was a last-minute decision on our part. We called for a quote near the beginning of the week, and they were still able to give us an appointment time for that Saturday. The movers arrived within the promised time window, and the office helpfully called when they were inbound. Both movers were very friendly. They communicated very clearly about what items needed special protection or had an extra risk of damage in transit. They loaded the boxes and furniture from the apartment efficiently. They did not miss any items, and they did not take anything that I had designated as needing to stay. At the house, they unloaded with equal efficiency. They were careful to place all items in the rooms and locations that we wanted. Their communication skills were excellent. No items were damaged. Of particular note was their treatment of our approx. 30 boxes of books. We wanted them to be placed upstairs. They brought them all upstairs without complaint and in good humour and stacked the boxes in an orderly manner. We were very happy with the results and will gladly hire this service again in the future.

This is the third time we have used ABC in 22 years -- and it just keeps getting better. Our 4 person crew -- Michael, John, Brandon and Xavier -- were the best! Arrived on time and worked hard in 90 degree weather without stopping, except for breaks which they accounted for in the hourly rate. Each worker was so professional and polite. I can't rave enough about our team!! Highly recommend.

We were quoted a range of approx $3000.00. to $3800. We were moving from a 5000 sq ft home to a 1900 sq ft home. We did not have the movers pack or move pictures/art, electronics, lamps, kitchen items or most garage items. We had packed things in small to medium uhaul boxes ready to move. During the home estimate - it was thought we would need three trucks, 6 men and all day. He was right! As moves go (and we have done many) it was uneventful - the best type of move! Kevin W, Blake, Steve J, John, Will and William did a great job. They were cautious and careful with our furniture/boxes. They were very good at packing things into the truck - using the space wisely. Each one of them was professional and courteous. They were willing to take many items to the basement for storage. It was clear that each one of them wanted to do a good job. My husband and I were available all day - which was important. Helping with some boxes/items and being clear where thing were to go, helped limit the time. We bought them lunch, had cold water available and tipped them for a job well done.

The service was great. The guys (John, Chris D, and Steven M) were very professional, courteous, and pleasant all day. They worked as a team and did an amazing job. We would definitely use them again.

ABC moving was very professional from the start set the move date and got a phone call 2 days prior to move to confirm. The movers showed up right on time and ready to go, even though I had a very bad driveway and they had to use a dolly to move everything down the driveway {about 200 feet}. They said no problem. I also had another destination which again no problem. The guys got straight to work and never stopped a couple of hours later we were ready to go. We got to the new place and again jumped out of the truck and right to work. The total move took 5 hours and was worth every penny. I also felt the price was competitive. I am going to be here for 6 months while my house is being built and will use ABC to move from here to my new home. The guys that moved us Josh,Ryan and Undre were very hard workers and very nice moving is very stressful and they made it very nice. Thank You Guys!!!!

The crew of four young men (Derek P., Eddie W., Dan T., & Sean D.) with two trucks arrived promptly at 9 a.m. as promised ("between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m."). We took a quick tour of the house, and then they began the moving marathon. I never saw any one of the crew take just one box or item; they took an armful each trip to the truck. They nearly cleared out the main level of our three-bedroom house in a little over an hour. They took great care to wrap fragile items, such as mirrors, glass shelves, etc. very securely. Their politeness was impressive. Whenever any of them had a question or needed something, they addressed me as "Ma'am" without fail. They never cringed when they asked, "Does this go, Ma'am?" and I'd say, "Yes." That included our plants (of which we had many, including vegetable plants in large pots and huge decorative plants and quite a few smaller plants). They would always ask permission to take a break, and they only took two short breaks and a lunch break enroute to the new destination. All boxes and possessions were in the new home and the move completed by 3:30 p.m. The whole process, including breaks and a half-hour travel time, took less than 7 hours! I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the move. I had read good reviews on Angie's List before the move, and they were dead on! Not one item that I've unpacked so far was damaged in transit. That includes all the plants, which are flourishing. Great bunch of guys, great company! I will highly recommend to others who are looking for movers.
