I think they overestimated how many movers we would need. They suggested 4 men and 2 trucks, and that was definitely more than we needed, but I figured with 4 men it would go really fast. Overall they did a good job, they were polite, listened to what we wanted, and worked around all the stuff we hadn't had time to pack yet. We have never hired movers before, but it seemed like they really took their time packing/padding the furniture. 4 men, two trucks, we were moving to a new house 4 miles away. they filled up one full truck, and about 1/3 of the second truck, took them 5 hours. Again, never having hired movers before I am not sure how this would compare. The other helpers I had on had did comment to me that they noticeably slowed down when I wasn't around. It was hot out (About 90 degrees) so not sure if they were speeding up when I was around, or slowing down when I wasn't, but that is what my two friends observed. Overall, they got everything moved and put where we wanted it, nothing was broken or damaged, but it took about a full hour longer than I figure it would, and at ~270 and hour I could have rented a U haul for a few days and made that up. So I'll give them a Low "B"

It went very well. Cody and Dan were polite and personable, and they were very organized in packing the truck at the house and unpacking the truck at two apartments in two locations. The right stuff ended up in the right places with no muss or fuss. One of the items was a lift-chair recliner that didn't fit easily through the bedroom door, but they got it through without damaging the chair. They asked several times whether they could do anything else, move or lift something for me within the apartments, etc. I never had the sense they were rushing me or the job. This is why I've been using ABC Quality Moving for 25 years.

The crew made a big display about checking every room and piece of furniture for damage. When confronted, one crew member assaulted me and threatened to "dump my ******* **** on the street." I was then bullied into overpaying $550 before the last truck was emptied because I was a "difficult customer." If I didn't pay, they were going to impound my goods and not unload them. I complied under duress. This company is pending investigation with the Missouri Attorney General. Please report any similar experiences.

This was the second time we used ABC Quality Movers for local moves in St. Louis Metro area. Kevin W, Walt, Mike P. Adam and Dan B were the men on our crew this past week. They were courteous, kind and hard-working. Not a scratch on the walls or contents. By the way the day we moved the temps were in upper 90's. They never complained. They moved furniture and box up a long, tight stairwell. Couldn't ask for a better crew. Well done! Recommend ABC Quality Movers again and again.

This was our second time using ABC quality moving - the first was for an in-town move, and the most recent was for an out of state move. Both times they were extremely professional and efficient. Each portion of the job, including packing, loading, unloading was done within just a couple hours. The quality of the packing was also very excellent. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and for getting everything there safely. I would use them again if I ever needed any additional moving services. They only transport direct. Your items are not mixed with others. When they are working for you, you are their top focus. Our main movers included Dave and Dan B, but there were many others helping them as well. I highly recommend this company and crew. Christina and others in their main scheduling and coordination office were also excellent and responded quickly to all phone and email correspondence. Great. Best moving experience I've ever had and we've moved at least a half dozen times. Kevin W., and Will are exceptional in every way. Very experienced, hard working, and very courteous. They had two helpers as well, Jerrett and Mike B. who also did a great job. I would request Kevin's crew in the future and I recommend without qualification.

They were good. The employees were friendly and helpful. They were easy to work with. On price, I thought it was reasonable.

I moved may 8th with Abc movers Dan B and Keith S. they were most polite, efficient, never complained young men who worked from 9 am until about 10:30 pm. They let me know that they were willing to go the extra mile and do whatever it took to make my move the least stressful and best move ever. I have used Abc movers for 3 moves. Very smooth. They have the moving process down pat. Very professional, good communicators. We were moving the partial contents of a house to a 1 bedroom apartment in a retirement complex. One crew loaded us up, drove the truck to Tulsa and unloaded. No damage to anything. I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping, so I'm not absolutely sure it was a great price, but the service was high quality.

It went great! We hired ABC Quality Moving Co. to locally move us in St. Louis County on April 17. Leshorn, Tim M., John and Sherwin were our movers and did an amazing job and were very courteous and professional. My family and I have been using ABC Quality Moving for over twenty years, and the guys are professional, the rates are fair, and the customer service is A+. Walt and Greg are fabulous. They are experts in mastering heavy, tricky-to-move items, and we are so appreciative of the care that they take each time they help us. They worked twelve hours this job, and they never complained once. We absolutely recommend Walt and Greg at ABC Quality Moving. They are top notch.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. Dave, John, Walt and Billy couldn't have been nicer or more polite. The crew showed up on time (which was amazing considering the morning rush/rain that day) and managed to pack up the entire house before another heavy thunderstorm came rolling in. At the new location they worked around a tight fit on the street and offloaded and set up everything we needed faster than I even imagined. I would recommend this service and crew to anyone.

They were good. They were great. There were 2 people and it took 4 hours about. They had to load up everything, They were really careful with everything we had to move. The storage unit had multiple glass pieces and each one arrived safe and sound without even a chip or crack.

We were beyond pleased with their service. The packing service was exemplary and we have done this a few times. They worked efficiently and were very professional and courteous. The price was not the lowest of them all however, they had a far better reputation compared to others in the Saint Louis area. One thing that no other provider could offer us was the turn around to CA. We expressed desire for delivery and they were here literally five days later delivering. That too, is unheard of in the moving world. There were no issues with our move, in fact we tipped in Saint Louis without planning to do so again but once again we did after accepting our things. We also appreciate that we were able to be the only one's on the truck during the move and that was huge because three years ago, we gambled with a national mover and ended up regretting it. Stick with the family owned providers that value their customers. We would use them again and recommend them highly. Our crew was Tim H, Dan B, and Cord. Dave and Billy from ABC Quality Moving were absolutely excellent. They were professional the entire time, cheerful to talk to, and provided an excellent move experience for me. All of my items were moved from one location to the next, without a single dent, scratch or broken anything! I hope to remain in my house for quite a while, but I highly recommend them to anyone that asks, and will definitely be using them for any future moves I might have.

Kevin W., Will and Jacob were punctual, professional and polite. They moved everything with good attitude and efficiency. This team took great care of my possessions where nothing was damaged or broken. They also made sure everything was placed exactly were I wanted, made any adjustments immediately when I asked. Stephanie who took my inquiry call at the office was also very pleasant and easy to work with. Clear explanation on charges by the hour gave me flexibility beyond a typical rigid moving process. My initial concern about hourly charges was quickly put to rest when the team moved very quickly and finished before my estimated time frame. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience.

I think anytime you use a contractor and they show up on time, that's a positive thing. They showed up on time and didn't break anything.

The movers- Steve R and Tim H- showed up on time and had a great attitude. They made sure they moved everything exactly where I wanted it. They were pleasant, polite and did a great job! I would highly recommend this moving company.

We had Leshorn, Walt, Jake and Zach help us move from our one bedroom apartment into our first home in Webster Groves. They also had to unload a moving van full of stuff from a storage unit. They were quick, punctual, professional and curteous. Everything made the move in one piece, including several very expensive pieces of wood furniture that they took extra special care with once we pointed them out. They worked their butt off on a freezing cold day and did everything asked of them. There were alot of little extra touches that made the experience particularly memorable. They did a walk through of the house with us afterwards so we could make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. They politely disengaged with our crazy Neighbor, who kept trying to chat with them, and turned down his offer of free beer because they were on the job. Finally, the oldest of them, I can't remember his name exactly, gave us some great advice on how to fit new furniture into rooms and up and down the staircase. They are true professionals, and I would definitely hire them again.

Used Angie's List to find ABC Quality Moving for a local home move. Chose them based on the quantity and positive reviews listed here and have to add to that list. The crew was on-time, efficient, professional, and friendly. And not one complaint from the crew when we hit some hurdles out of their control when arriving at the new house. All items were accounted for, properly prepared, and delivered in the same condition. You will be in good hands if you chose Quality and get any of Kevin, Will, Jeff, Jacob, Cody, Adam or Mario.

Best move I've ever had!! My friend Laura recommended this company after she had her home moved into their storage for renovations. She said they were professional and extremely experienced. I couldn't agree more!! From the very first phone call with a woman named Christina, I knew I had made the right choice. She walked me through the process and helped me figure out how many men I would need. And let me tell you, they were awesome! So fast and so careful!
