From start to finish it was a good expereince. They scheduled me in fast for repairs, within 24 hours- drove about 40 miles to do the job, was punctual in thier arrival time- the arrival time was an actual arrival time, and not just sometime between 8 am and 5 pm. They were equiped with the proper parts needed to do the job, and fixed the ac in an hour and did a good job. They were very friendly and professional.

My heating/air conditioner unit and blower all quit working at the same time. I checked the breakers, but it wasn't an easy solution like I'd hoped. I called Roland's and got their recorder. I left a message informing them of the problem, my contact information, and that it was not an emergency repair job. They returned my call the next day and gave me a three-hour window during which they would be at my home. They arrived within the three hour span, checked out the unit, found the problem, had the parts and know-how to repair the unit, and everything was great! This was the third time I've called them in the past six years I've lived here, and my experience with them has been wonderful every time. During one of their trips here, they had to refabricate a part to fit the older unit I have, saving me the cost of replacing the entire unit. I have and would continue to highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and with all things considered, inexpensive.
