Gordon Well Drilling & Pump

This company was very unprofessional. The first time I spoke with Mr. Gordon, he said he could come out the next day. I gave him my cell phone number so that I could make sure I'd be home. He called the next day to reschedule. When he finally came out, he seemed to have a fairly good grasp that I was getting insufficient water pressure and he thought I might have a failed "check valve". He said he'd have to check his schedule to see when he would be able to perform the service needed. 2 days later he calls and says he was talking to his brother (one of his employees), and decided he needed to come take a second look. Now my problem wasn't the "check valve" in the well, it was the air actuator on the filtration system. He puts in an order for this part and 2 days later his brother comes out to replace it. The next day, I tried calling Mr. Gordon to tell him my problem wasn't fixed. He didn't answer, so I left a message. After a week of not hearing from him, I called again. Then I gave up and determined that I would find someone else to fix the issue. A month and half later, I get a message from him, saying he got my message that the problem was fixed and he would be sending us a bill. The bill was $235. $135 for the part and $100 for labor. My husband called and told him that the problem wasn't fixed and they weren't going to see any money until it was. They said they would be back out the next day. But they never came. Now they don't answer the phone if either myself or my husband calls. Never doing business with these people again.
