Description of Work: I had purchased real wood, and this company installed it. I am sort of OCD when it comes to things, so the fact that I am happy with the results is significant. The company was one man. One thing that really impressed me was that the owner was extremely prompt, always showed up on time. So many contractors will come for a day, go somewhere else mid day, not show back up for a couple of days. This man started early, you could tell he has done this for decades, he knew exactly what his next step was, there was no standing around thinking about what he was going to do next.

+ -1 moreThey were very respectful. I had them come two years ago and do an estimate because I thought I was going to do my floor then. Then I called them back a year and a half later and asked them to come for another estimate telling them they had already been here and they said sure, we'll come back. I thought that was really nice. They were on-time and I liked everything about them. They started 7:30 in the morning and worked extremely efficiently and competently. He really knew what he was doing and worked the whole time while he was here.
