I posted the desired work on Thumbtack, and received a response from North Central within a day. I appreciated that they gave an estimate of the cost in the response. I contacted them and was pleased with their response, and that they were available to do the work within a week. The owner, a master plumber and his son showed up at the scheduled time, had several suggestions, and completed the work quickly. I recommend they be contacted for any plumbing needs.

North Central Plumbing gets my highest recommendation. Business owner Todd, and his son Josh were punctual, polite, professional, and highly experienced plumbers. I'm very pleased with the water softener installation they provided. I will call them in the future with any other plumbing need I might have.

Excellent! We have a service plan with a major company but they were not able to schedule an assessment for three weeks. We found great reviews for North Central Plumbing Inc and decided to give them a call. They quoted a price over the phone for the water softener and were able to come to our home within 2 days. We were so satisfied with the water softener experience that we decided to get quote and schedule hot water heater work. Master plumber and sons arrived punctually for both projects, completed the work in very timely fashion, as quoted, were extremely courteous and professional and left the work location very clean. On both accounts we were extremely satisfied. We learned this was a family operation: husband, wife and sons - all of whom were very courteous, and professional. The city inspector also noted that the work was very professionally done. We are very satisfied.

Went well. Family business with father and son. They were nice, professional, answered all my questions and got the job done right. Best part is they were able to come out on a Saturday morning which is great because I didn't have to try and take off work during the week.

Very pleased with the prompt and professional service. Todd did a nice repair of the main sewage pipe and explained the recommended repair. New water heater is great. No mess for me to clean up after either!

The install, and removal was smooth. No issues. They were clean, put down tarps, took their shoes off, swept up and cleaned when they were done. They even fixed my floor drain for free. Very impressed with everything they did.

Todd was very friendly, respectful, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Came in and was able to diagnosis my plumbing problem quickly and went right to work to fix the problem using very nice quality replacements. When the work was all done he made sure I knew how everything worked and that I should call immediately if I have any further problems or trouble with the work that he completed. Price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use this service again if I have any other plumbing needs.

Todd was very helpful in many ways. For example, he recommended a different style of valve (one valve each for hot and cold water). Unlike a lot of the other potential plumbers, he was able to create a small access panel on the side of the wall within the washer/dryer closet, which faces the washing machine. The access area was then covered with a professional-looking access panel (most of the other providers wanted to cut a hole in the wall on the back side of the washer/dryer closet, which would have created a large mess and drywall-patch installation expense).

They're excellent, reasonably priced and professional. They're able to get appointments on time ans all that good stuff. It was extremely reasonable. They were on time, honest and it was easy to make an appointment.

The price was high but they fixed the problem.

I have a home on Blue lake near Zimmerman. The plumber troubleshot our pump and decided the cause was most likely a solenoid. He did not have one with him and told me he could go to Princeton and return if "Marv's had the part". I feared it would be the last I would see of him! It was about 7pm and I'm sure he had already had a long, full day. Sure enough, he returned with the part, installed it and my well was back in business that night!

We couldn't be more impressed with North Central Plumbing and Mr. Todd Hoag! As a first time customer, I contacted North Central Plumbing to request advice on purchasing a new dishwasher. I received a speedy response and an installation quote, ordered the new dishwasher, Todd installed it, and we love it! This is our 3rd dishwasher in 17 years, and we finally have one we love thanks to North Central Plumbing! After receiving such excellent service, I contacted North Central Plumbing for advice on purchasing new toilets. Again, I received excellent feedback and advice on products that would best suit our needs along with a quote for purchasing and installing the toilets. We ordered 2 new toilets. While waiting for the toilets to come in, I inquired about the best kitchen and bathroom faucets. Yet again, I received prompt and excellent advice on which faucets would best fit our needs and an installation cost estimate. For every inquiry, North Central Plumbing recommended products of excellent quality at affordable prices. Mr. Hoag returned to our home to install the new toilets and kitchen and bathroom faucets. He arrived on time for the appointment, his worked efficiently, his work was well done, he cleaned our disgusting drains - even though I didn't ask him to, his work areas were immaculate when the jobs were complete, and the cost of his work came in exactly the same as the estimates. Since I had such an extraordinary experience with North Central Plumbing, I decided to ask Todd about a problem that has plagued us for many years. I had a suspicion that there was a pipe leaking in the basement but the leak was not visible and there was no evidence of a leak. In the past, I had asked 3 different plumbers and 2 different handymen to see if they could find a leak. They all said there was no leak. Todd took my concern seriously and searched the pipes in the area I indicated. Using his experience and expertise, Todd found the very obscure leak and determined it had existed for many years! The leak was very hard to find, because it was on the side of a pipe facing the outside of the house. He determined a nail probably nicked the pipe during construction of the home, and the nick slowly grew over time. Todd cleaned out the wet insulation, replaced the section of pipe, cleaned the whole very hard-to-reach area, and set up a fan to dry it out. Because of Todd, the area is now dry, and there is no mold or other problems. We are absolutely thrilled with the work we've had done by North Central Plumbing. We will never call anyone else and look forward to their help finishing our 3rd bathroom!

Shortly after moving into our new home we discovered a leak in our second floor shower which was dripping water into our kitchen. Todd was quick, thorough and responsive. He explained our options and fixed the problem in a short time frame. Given the dramatic nature of the problem we were not in a strong position to review options. Todd did not exploit the situation at all, his honesty and professionalism (and price!) have landed him on our "Favorites" list on angieslist.com

Todd from North Central Plumbing, Inc. was great and easy to work with. He was able to schedule a time to come out to my house that was convinenet for me and the prices he offered were very competative. Todd showed up on time and got right to work. Not only did he un-install the old water heater but he also knew how to dispose of it for us. The new water heater was installed and working great in no time. It has been almost a year and the water heater still acts and looks new. Todd was very professional but also personable. The work he performed was top notch. I would recommened North Central Plumbing, Inc. to my family and friends for any and all of their plumbing needs, and I wouldn't think twice about calling Todd for any further plumbing needs in my future.

I called to schedule the appointment. It was scheduled in a timely manner. Todd arrived on time, took the time to thoroughly listen to the situation - our garbage disposal quit working, and soon after our dishwasher followed suit. I thought the problems were directly related. He discovered something had jammed up the disposal blade. He went to the truck to get a new disposal in order to easily show me the different things I can easily do in the future in case this happens again (this saves me money in the future by not needing to call a plumber!!). He showed me the reset button on the bottom of the disposal, and also explained that I can use and allen wrench to jimmy the bottom screw - which will in turn move the blades manually and loosen whatever is jammed in there. Then he looked at the dishwasher, drained and cleaned it a bit. It all works perfectly. I also needed the water line hooked up to our refrigerator. My husband had bought a plastic hose and the pieces necessary to hook it up. Todd explained that over time this type of plastic line won't hold up well and we would be calling him in a few years to replace. He drove to Home Depot and got a water hose that will last for years and years. We have used North Central Plumbing for at least 8 years, and probably more, I just don't recall. Each call has been like this. The guys at North Central Plumbing are always making sure that thier work is timely, the highest quality possible and always honest. I don't have any complaints and will always call them.

Went great. Todd corrected the drain issue to meet building code. Installed the new dishwasher quickly & efficiently. Reviewed everything he did for us, answered all of our questions. Made sure we were happy with his service and reminded us that if there were any issues to call him right away. Todd and North Central Plumbing have been our plumbing go to guys for the past 4 years. He has made service calls to our home, made repairs to our rental property and our business.
