He cleaned one chimney but was expensive and not done perfectly well. He couldn't reach the second chimney with the ladders he had with him and said he would be back the following week with a taller ladder. He never returned or called

I called Jimney Sweep on 9/25/12 inquiring about service for chimney inspection and cleaning and they were really flexible regarding scheduling and arrangements were made for someone to come out on a Saturday as that seemed to be the best option based on my work schedule. They arrived a bit early and explained what he would do and provide me with an update. I was working (taking phone calls) and he was very understanding when I had to take a call and finished up afterwards. I had chimney cleaned and inspected since I haven't had that done since moving into the house 9 years ago and did not know what to expect. Needless to say, I don't use the fireplaces. A review of the video inspection showed that some repair work on the crown of the chimney was needed and quotes were provided. The cleaning process was completed efficiently and he was very helpful in answering my questions. I would recommend this company to others.

We hired Jimney Sweeps to inspect our masonry chimney for the upcoming winter season. Jim from Jimney Sweeps thoroughly inspected our chimney inside & outside. Jim was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us good advice and tips for the upcoming burning season. I will call Jim in the future for any issues regarding our chimney.

This is the 3rd time we have had Jim our chimney (we have it cleaned every other year). He is always on time does a thorough, professional job and leaves no mess behind.

Everything was great. He was very responsive, and did a good job. He inspected the chimney and made recommendations that seemed appropriate. We had some caps put on our chimney around 7 or 8 years ago, and he told us there were better products available and made recommendations about that. His prices were reasonable, and I was happy with his work.

Jim is very professional and is very helpful. He reviewed basic maintanence of the fireplaces. I was very pleased with the experience and would strongly recommend Jimney sweeps. The entire process was easy - scheduling and appointment. Jim was on time and the process went quickly. This is a great company!

I've worked with Jimny Sweeps in the past and they've always been friendly, professional and efficient. I recently realized it's been awhile since I've had the chimney checked, so called Jimney Sweeps, got voice mail, left a message. Jim called back within an hour (I was surprised to hear from him as it was early evening - didn't think I'd get a call back until the next day). He was going to be in my area the next day so we settled on a time. Since I couldn't get time off work, we agreed my father (retired) could let them in and give them my credit card for payment. My dad told me that when he arrived 10 minutes early at my house the next day, Jim and his assistant were already there so they got started right away. My dad reported that they cleaned and checked both inside (fireplace) and outside (roof/chimney), they were very pleasant, finished in a timely manner, and left a detailed receipt for me.

Jim does a great job for us every year. Always on time, always extremely clean and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I can't remember what we pay him each year, but I always feel like we get a good deal.

ON TIME. WORKED QUICKLY. DID A GOOD JOB.

CALLED A MASON TO REPAIR CHIMNEY, SAID THE CHIMNEY HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED ALSO CHECKED MY NEIGHBORS THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE CLEANED AND SAID IT HADNT BEEN CLEANED EITHER. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND BROUGHT THIS TO THERE ATTENTION THEY STATED "I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD ANOTHER PERSON WORK ON MY CHIMNEY". I HAD IT CLEANED AND ASKED THEM TO SPLIT THE COST AND THEY REFUSED.
