Core Exteriors was very easy to work with. They made a potentially stressful job easy for me. I had my roof replaced, as well as siding and gutters. All work was done on time as promised, even in a material shortage situation. They have great communication as well, and were available for questions and special requests.

To say I was underwhelmed with Core Exteriors customer service is a vast understatement. This is especially true after they brought out a person, Jasen, to initially assess storm damage. After connecting with our insurance, I sent Jasen their claim findings to get it readjusted. No response, so after 4 days, I asked for an update. Nothing. I gave one more try 3 days later, nothing, so I called their mainline, which went to vm. Eventually, another rep, Pam, got back to me and we discussed the situation. She said she would review with the owner and get back to me in the next day or two. A week later, with no update, I called again, and got another vm. Frustrated, feeling like no progress has been made, and finished wasting efforts, I decided to move to a different firm. Pulling my 7 year old’s baby teeth out would have been easier than getting a call or email back from this company. If their expertise in roof replacement is anything like their commitment to timely communications, maybe it was a blessing that I never was able to move forward.

He gave me some options for the decking, he was on-time and we are waiting on an estimate on paver work.

We originally selected Core Exteriors through Angie's List/Home Advisor's to reside the front of our home at 9177 Oakview Lane in Maple Grove. Of the three contractors we met with, Core Exteriors was not the cheapest but they presented well and knew what they were talking about. We had originally planned on having vinyl siding to replace the rotted cedar but Branden recommended LP siding that provided a 50 year warranty. We went with Branden's recommendations. The project started on time and finished in about a week. The crew showed up on time every day and cleaned up at the end of the day. This is an edited review due to the fact that we had an issue with the LP shakes on the garage and bump out on the front of the home. Branden was very responsive in correcting the issue. Unlike some contractors we've worked with in the past, Core Exteriors stood behind their work and we are happy customers. Thanks to Branden and the Crew for all the hard work.

Branden, Tim, Dan and the entire crew worked very hard to make our project perfect. We did have a couple of issues arise, but Branden and his team did everything to make things right!! We are extremely happy with our end result!!

It went really well. They were small company which makes them more responsive. They finished the job on time and we are satisfied on what they did.

I had a very good experience and I was very happy with them. The quality is top notch. I have two projects going on at the same time, and compared to the other contractors I'm using, they are way better in every aspect.

Branden and Dan did a phenomenal job estimating the job and their crew finished the project in just days. At work at 8 am every day and worked til sunset. Definitely would recommend Core Exteriors.

They were not pushy and took the extra time to answer all my questions.
