Santos was very professional. Showed up on time and finished job in one day. Results were outstanding. I would reffer them to anyone at anytime.

My overall experience was very good. I walked away being very satisified with the quality of work and attention to detail that was performed. Santos was very easy to work with, and he did everthing that I asked him to do throughout the project. He quoted me a very fair offer on all the work performed. I would feel very comfortable hiring him again, which I plan on doing again in the near future. Him and his crew are quiet but very hard workers who do excellent work.

I definitley recommend them! They were prompt, clean, and did exactly what we wanted even when we changed it up on them and made the patio larger than the bid on the day they came out. They were very open to all our ideas and great to work with. Our backyard looks amazing!

We received a bid very quickly and they were significantly cheaper than competitors. Quality of cement work is very high. We had pavers installed along the edges of the driveway which were initially the wrong color, but they were replaced quickly and without any hassle. We are very pleased with the result.

Excellent. Though, to be fair, it'd be best to wait a couple of years before truly rating the quality of their work. For now, however, the driveway looks fabulous! 30-30 completed the project in one day, and the area was clean and the grass was returned. I've had numerous comments from neighbors about the quality of work -- one neighbor, who had spent a decade doing concrete work, even asked to speak with Santos about his own driveway. The company's bid was among the best we received, especially when the 5-year warranty is considered. One note of caution: ask a lot of very specific questions. The company is not that communicative.

Good communication by Email before and during the project, owner inspired confidence, team really seemed to know what they were doing, speedy completion once the weather cooperated, price unbeatable, completed project looks outstanding.

The work was great. Everything was timely and well done.

.It was low bidder of four quotes I obtained. Mr. Santos Alveras was very professional and he and his working crew performed well. On day one they removed the asphalt drive. On day two, they installed the forms and rebar. On day three the concrete was delivered and the crew worked continuously to spread and screed it. When it set up a bit, the crew used rubber pads to impress the pattern I selected into the surface of the concrete. On day four a second team arrived to saw cut the slab and to apply a sealer, thereby finishing the job. I am very satisfied with the results.

CEMENT WORK WAS GOOD. CLEAN UP ON SIDING AND WINDOW HAD TO BE DONE AFTER CEMENT DRIED. PIECES OF CEMENT WERE LEFT BEHIND!! PRICE WAS GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER CONTRACTERS. COULD OF CLEANED UP SIDING AND WINDOWS BEFORE CEMENT DRIED. IF THEY WOULD OF CLEANED UP, I WOULD OF GAVE THEM A RATING OF 5.

Ross, owner of 30/30 Concrete was very easy to work with and very flexible in what he would do for us. He upgraded our driveway and added a design at no additional cost. The crew was her the day that they had said and worked hard all day...staying until the project was complete! I would us 30/30 Concrete again and would definately refer them to anyone!

Santos and crew did a fantastic job creating a beautiful patio area & sidewalk out of stamped and stained concrete. He also made our 10 year old front walkway look just like the new project matching the color and texture using an overlay over the existing concrete. We hosted a garden party 2 weeks after the work was completed and everyone of our 60 guests raved about how wonderful the work was. 30-30 Concrete did a great job for us and I would highly recommend them. I got an initial bid right away over the phone and they also came out twice to look at the project and answer my questions before I had even selected them for the job. They gave me a good price and did not try to add things we didn't need. 30-30 Concrete returned all my calls right away and even called to say if they were running a little late for our appt.! They were able to get to our project just a week after letting them know we were ready to go and they got it done in 2 days. Everyone loves our new patio!
