I rate them very highly and I would continue to use them in the future.

They worked hard when they were here and quickly, putting furniture up with blocks as they cleaned the area, the cleaner they used smelled good, they were pleasant to work with. We had to reschedule a couple of times since they had a big job and ended up having to work later than they expected; we also had some bad weather. Our carpet looks great, still a little bit of odor but I think they did what they could do. Another carpet cleaner told us to just replace the carpet so I think these guys did a good job!

Perfect experience. Timely, dead on with work length estimate, got out some impossible stains, and offered to come back to re-do any stains that happened to come back up. All in all a VERY positive experience, and I will use their exemplary services again. If anything, I'm a bad customer for waiting a month to report their great performance on Angie's.

Rick, Jr. and a helper arrived on the appointed date, on time, as always. I asked Rick if he could add the 2 bedrooms if he had time. No problem! They performed all the cleaning thoroughly, efficiently and professionally. Stubborn spots and stains were treated as well. The carpets dry quickly, usually within a few hours. All furniture is moved by them and put back in place with plastic under the feet to protect damp carpet. This is the third time we have hired Ultimate Performance. They do a great job, especially considering our carpet is A) white, B) 18 years old, and C) we have pets.

Rick and his son were professional and friendly. They were able to answers my questions and give us some good advise on maintenance of or carpet. We had a few rooms that had long time stains on them even before we bought the house 3 yrs ago. I was apprehensive whether the stains would come out but Rick was able to get the carpet as close to new as possible! We were super pleased that we didn't have to replace the carpets. They also did a good job on our upholstery. I interviewed 3 places and they were about the middle of the road in terms of cost. Overall I would use them again!

They were efficient and professional. All the carpets look and smell much better. They left the carpets in a relatively dry state, although the humid weather will slow drying somewhat. They were honest about what they could and couldn't get out and finished quickly.

It is father and son run operation and they are very good at what they do. I used them three years ago and at that time, they were less expensive than the other carpet cleaning companies in my area.

Rick and his son Rick cleaned high traffic areas up and downstairs. I called them back four days later after our dog urinated downstairs, and then they returned to clean a musty downstairs guest bedroom and the bed. I am very pleased with the work and the response time. My musty bedroom is a thing of the past. They treated the carpet so that it cleans up more easily. I have had this company do my carpet many times, and I have always been satisfied.

It was a positive experience from start to finish. Rick and his son Ricky arrived promptly as promised, evaluated the work to be done, and provided expert advice. They explained exactly what they would do, and how they would do it. They quoted me a very reasonable price before beginning the work, so I knew exactly what I would be paying. They took extra care with the velvet fabric. Rick even gave me a little sample of the cleaning solution he used, so that I can use it for the occasional spot. The furniture looked beautiful when they were finished, I highly recommend these guys. They're great!

They did a great job. They worked the trouble areas over and over until the stains came up. I highly recommend this company. The price was reasonable, they were professional, no doubt and definitely a much better result than a national chain company that I've used before. This was just a great experience, I can't say enough about happy we are. No hassle, awesome work!

Rick is very responsive and pleasant to work with. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and I set up an appointment. He arrived on time, quickly measured our rooms and hallway and gave me an exact quote based on square footage, along with a nice Angie's List discount. They were very efficient and quick about getting the job done and we are thrilled with the results!

This is a family affair, with two members of the family tackling almost 2,000 sq. ft. of carpeting. They arrived promptly, gave an estimate and completed the work efficiently. I have to admit that I was not expecting such a prompt response to my call, especially just before Thanksgiving. All carpets look great. And their cleaning process does not leave a residue on the carpets. While they explained the option to Scotchgard the carpeting, at no time did I feel pressured to have this additional service. I won't hesitate to call Ultimate Performance again.

He was here within a few minutes of the agreed on time, went right to work and completed the work quickly.

They were very professional and gave us an in-house estimate first before doing any work. Rick was very knowledgeable. He even suggested NOT cleaning one of our chairs due to the type of fabric and soil. He did vacuum it at no charge, however.

Ultimate Performance lived up to their name. I chose Ultimate Performance based on their rating on Angie's List. Rick returned my call promptly, set up an appointment the same week at the time I requested, called me when he was on his way to my house and did a great job cleaning the carpets. He walked through the house and gave me an estimate before he began. He offered 25% off for Angie's List customers, which I did not even realize when I made the appointment. His price was very reasonable. He took care in protecting my wood floors from water and dirt as he went through the area, which I appreciated. He did not recommend any stain protector as part of the cleaning because my carpet is relatively new and had not been cleaned before. I think many cleaners would have still tried to sell it to me. Overall, great price and great service.

Mr. McCauley and son arrived on time, provided us with an estimate, and proceeded to clean the carpets. They offered stain repellent, and we decided to include that. The cleaning went well, attention was paid to positioning of furniture, and furniture that that wasn't too heavy, was raised on foam paddings.

He is very proud of his work. There are no hidden costs.

Wonderfully. We had a dog that had gone through a long final process that messed both carpet and furniture. Rick and his son responded to our specific needs and did a thorough and wonderful job.

Fabulous service. They were on time. I told them not to worry about the spots (we have kids and will be replacing the carpet in a few years). Most companies charge 50 cents per spot for spot remover. They said the spots would come out and they did! They were fast and efficient. He had a big fan and moved that around as he finished each room. All of my carpets were dry within three hours. I was very happy with the price and quality of service.

They did an incredible job as usual. They were punctual, polite and professional. They did a great job. Highly recommended.
