+ 3 moreWe have been in the rental business for decades. I have never seen such an awesome paint job likes his. We wish we would have knew about him a long time ago. We trusted him to go ahead and we saw the pictures of the job on line. We were not at the home at the time. The name of his company is No Finer Painting and restoration. We just wish he had time to do the inside. I never used him before and received his name from a friend. Use this guy for all your painting needs.
Description of Work: My husband and I hired Richard for two houses.

+ 0 moreIt went great. The team did a wonderful job. Richard knew how to fix the windows and doors of the old farmhouse, even though everything on the 95 year old farmhouse is non- standard. I thought the price was great because there was quite alot of work that needed to be completed before the painting could start. We will definitely hire again. The house looks great now and it is a relief to know that all the rotten sills are fixed.
Description of Work: Prepared and painted the exterior of our old farmhouse. Replaced rotted window sills. Fixed both front and back doors.

I will use them again for interior painting. They were personable and easy to work with. Their price was reasonable; it's competitive pricing. They were great.
Description of Work: No Finer Painting & Restoration painted our entire house. They did the body a light yellow and they did the trim several different colors. They scraped areas that needed to be scraped. They painted the house in between rainstorms.

+ -1 morewe had a leak from our upstairs toilet down onto our living room ceiling. Richard and his son came over just a couple hours after we contacted them. They worked out here for about 3 1/2 days...about 3 1/2 hours each day. Now our toilet works find and you can't even tell where the spots were on the ceiling and the cost was only $400 for the entire project!! They covered EVERYTHING in the living room with plastic and the last day they were here they cleaned up and they didn't leave ONE SINGLE PARTICLE OF ANYTHING ANYWHERE....I didn't have to clean up ANYTHING!
Description of Work: They fixed the toilet leak and repaired the ceiling in the living room.

Investigate and recommend solution to reason for water damage (condensation in attic on vent stack gathering on ridge of stack and running down between walls and on ceiling below.)
