When I called, the person picking up the phone answered, "City morgue, you kill 'em we chill 'em." I then proceeded to say I was looking for M&B services and trying to get an estimate on some repairs I was looking to have performed. The individual continued to act unprofessional and then just hung up on me. I rechecked the phone number and when I confirmed it was the correct number, I hit redial and left a message on M&B Services answering machine. I did not receive a call back.

Construction went well. Our entire sewer line was replaced with in one day. The excavator operators are very proficient and careful to not damage anything while digging.

It was difficult to find a company to do the excavation and sewer replacement in Minneapolis due to code requirements. Jim Boston (owner) came promptly to evaluate and give an estimate. He and his crew worked until 9pm because I was unable to get anything through my sewer. The Minneapolis code inspector was very complimentary about this company when she came for the permit completion inspection.

Awesome. Jim was great. Answered the call at 9pm on the dedicated emergency line, answer my questions and ease my mind about the whole process. He was able to get out to the property the next day and assess the situation and had a bid to me by noon. Because I am a landlord and had tenants living in the property he fit the job in to their schedule the next day! Every other contractor I talked to said they were booked out 2-3 months and would not work me in. Jim also provided me with all the information I needed to get the project financed by the city of Saint Paul so that I didn't have a monster bill to pay all at once. Jim and M&B services provided exceptional service at a competitive price. This was a massive problem that could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars in lost rents on top of the repair cost and they were able to fix my problem in 3 days!! I am over the moon happy!

The guys at M&B were professional, informative, trustworthy, punctual, quick, clean, and thoughtful. They came the same day for an estimate, gave me information about my issue, and when my sewer stopped working the next day they offered to move another job and do mine THAT DAY. I highly suggest them for anybody with sewer issues. They are not looking to price gouge, they know what they are doing, and work efficiently.

We had a broken sewer pipe in our yard. The guys came on very short notice and fixed the problem. They were fast and efficient and got us back up and running in no time.

It went great! Our sewer pipe broke in November and they were the only company that could come out quickly, within three days at the Thanksgiving holiday. The weather was too cold to do the needed work at the street so they returned in May to finish the project. They were very helpful at explaining our options and estimating costs. They were very efficient in their work and responsive to our questions. We were also very pleased with the subcontractor they used for the street and sidewalk repair that was needed after the excavation work. We would absolutely refer all of our friends and family to M&B Services!
