Comfort Homes is by far the biggest bang for your buck. Their pricing is fair, communication with clients is unsurpassed and their experience, quality materials, craftsmanship, problem solving and attention to detail is superior. We hired Comfort Homes to tear down our old rotting deck, inspect and repaired the damage to our home due to the old deckâ s 1985 installation without flashing, and construct a new larger and more complex deck. Our Comfort Homes deck is a masterpiece. It spans two sides of our home with uniquely designed and constructed privacy gates. The Comfort Home crew was a delight to work with. They arrived each day on time and worked hard throughout the sweltering heat this summer. At the end of each day, they cleaned up, then let me know when they were leaving and what task would be accomplished next. Communication was key. I was kept informed at every level; who and when subcontractors were coming to my home, their assigned tasks, when supplies would be delivered and product delays. On the rare days they did not come to work on the deck, I was always informed in advance and why. Storms and product availability impacted the work schedule. As much as Comfort Homes has earned a stellar review for the work they did on our deck, I am hesitant to post the company review for fear they may become even more in demand and too busy to squeeze us in for future projects.

I had a major structural issue with a pretty good size addition on my home. After calling several contractors, all of which wouldn't even consider the job for one reason or another, Comfort came out and decided he would do the job. At the time, they were extremely busy, but after assesing the problem I had and the urgency to get it done, he moved me to the front of the line. Long story short, as he got into the job, we discovered the problem was a little bigger than originally thought. In the end, everything turned out fantastic, and in a timely fashion. I can't say enough about these folks.... I would recommend them for any of your building needs, large or small. Great job Chuck, and thank you so much for your hard work!!

I was very impressed with the vision and workmanship of my contractor. He is hands on at every stage. My home is under construction; yet, it does not appear as such. . . the only evidence is the roll-off in the driveway. I would recommend "Comfort Homes" to anyone who is in need of a fair, honest and talented contractor.
