Excellent to work with.

The new roof is wonderful and we are extremely, extremely pleased. I have never seen such a hard working crew. They certainly had every process down pat. The old roof was torn off and the new one put on in one day. They were very careful and respectful of the plants, our 3 dogs and cleaned up beautifully at the end of the job. We did everything that we were asked to do. We planned on being home while this was done due to the noise for the 3 dogs and we just wanted to keep them calm. About 2/3 through the day we heard and felt a tremendous boom from the roof which shook our house. The valance to our vertical blinds was completely knocked off from where it had been attached for many years by this. It fell onto our sofa table behind our couch and completely shattered a large glass tray/platter which sat on top of an angel like a small table. There was glass everywhere with many shards everywhere. Luckily there were 2 of us and one of us kept the dogs immobile until I had been able to vacuum every shard of glass. Had we not been home when this happened....we would have had tragedies where our dogs were concerned. When I spoke to the owner he was totally apologetic and understanding and wanted to replace the glass which broke. We did not allow this as we completely understand that this was a fluke. Our main concern was that steps would be taken to make sure that this would not happen to someone else. I am extremely sure this is the case. We are still waiting for the rest of the work to get done as we have not been available for the work to get done. It will be done shortly and I will report back once it is finished. I would not hesitate to hire them again and I have recommended this company to numerous other people.

Jack was referred to me by a friend. I had hail damage to the roof, and was in need of someone to replace the roof. Jack works as a general contractor. Once I started working with Jack, I had all kinds of projects done around the house including painting the entire house and shed, replacement of some cedar siding, replacement of skylights, new composite decking and footings, and tear out and replacement of cement garage floor and installation of a new apron, sidewalk, and front stoop. Jack is great. He is honest, and responsive to concerns. He does exactly what he says he is going to do. I had everything in writing, and Jack was careful to explain all of the work to me before it began. When issues arose (i.e. bees!), Jack was in touch with me and worked with me to fix the issue. I worked with Jack through much of the summer of 2014. I have to say I really appreciated having one person to go to when I had questions or concerns, instead of actings as the contractor myself. Jack was great with communication, and the people he hired to do the labor did a great job. I am happy with all of the work done on the house. Jack made sure I was completely satisfied, and stayed in close contact with me. It is wonderful when you find someone whose word you trust. Jack is that person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor to do work on their house.
