It was awesome. Bill Pooler went above and beyond what I expected. He kept going up the ladder holding my insurance company accountable until everything was covered and more. Very kind and likeable man. Would definitely use this company again.

We had an insurance claim and hired Weathersafe Restoration to replace our roof in summer of 2017. While Mike that we worked with was courteous, we had very bad experience with the roof work. We had an old roof but it never leaked in the winter. After spending thousands of dollars with insurance deductible and additional money demanded by Weathersafe, we ended up with a brand new roof that leaked very badly. Water came down in one bedroom like a stream. Weathersafe came and said it was caused by ice dam and they would not be responsible for it. I asked them why we never had such leak in past many years with similar ice dam on the roof. They said this year was different! We had to spend more money to repair the leak cause by our brand new roof. Now I am worried that it will leak every winter. They replace a area of plywood (from the picture they showed me, it cannot be more than 2 pieces of plywood). After the roof was done, they charged me over $700. I asked them how many pieces of plywood they replaced. They would not answer that question but threatened me to put a lien on my house!

This was a nightmare. What was supposed to take 2-3 weeks dragged on for 10 months. Very little communication was initiated by the management. When they showed up was always a surprise (like 6:30 AM on a Saturday). Minimal clean up around the house, I'm still finding hardware, caulk, and paint chips. From the first day, they damaged or destroyed the plants around the house, although I was promised it wouldn't happen. They also broke solar lights and decorations, and my doorbell. They the trellises hanging. One of the screens is an inch too short for the window. Metal edging under the window frames is not trimmed, which is a safety hazard. Very messy caulking. My beautiful front door will no longer close without force in warm weather. I have pictures of the poor workmanship and property damage. When I finally complained to the Better Business Bureau and used the door as an example, the lied in their response and said it was already like that. They decided they were done with the work, and sent the balance that I owed to a collection agency, which I paid. So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I trusted them and believed their promises. I went with their very high bid because I believed you get what you pay for. Not true. Now I have to hire someone else to fix what they broke. My friends tell me to take them to court, but after 10 months of misery, I never want to see them again or hear any more lies.

They were really good. They did everything. They were about as good as you could get. I had three people quote it, and they were all about the same. I'm not a roofer, but the quality looks good to me. They did it all in one day.

Weathersafe did a great job residing our house. Bill worked with our insurance company and made the entire process easy. Bill also suggested some updates to the front of the house to bring it up to date without adding cost. After they removed the old siding, they found water damage. They did a great job replacing the damaged wood and siding. All the workers were very professional and trustworthy. When they were done we were very pleased how it turned out and it has held up very well for close to a year and a half now.

Mike Chamberlin was great - he came to the house within a few hours of calling him the morning after the storm. Mike and his staff were great. They needed to run numerous fans upstairs and down stairs - Mike and his staff were very through looking for signs of moisture in walls, under the carpet, behind baseboards etc. Mike and his staff were easy to work with, called me every time the came and left the house and did a great job picking up after themselves. I would highly recommend hiring weathersafe if you have an emergency from flooding!

I thought it was great. Customer service was awesome. They were very transparent. We pretty much knew what we were going to get. The standards were held pretty high. They were on time and very timely. The price was reasonable. I wouldn't say low. On a roof, really wouldn't want the lowest one. We're actually going to use them again for attic insulation.
