They were extremely prompt in answering my request for service. My phone literally rang as soon as the options for contractors appeared on my computer screen. They were there for the very next snow fall and did an excellent job clearing the snow, and in a very timely manner.

Showed up when they told me they'd show up, made accomodations with my crazy schedule, gave me a good idea of the work being done and the cost associated with the work. It was easy to schedule, and reasonably priced. I will have them out anytime I need work on my sprinklers.
