We have 20+ year old pine tress showing needle cast. MaryLou came out and assessed our yard and followed up with a plan and a quote. I talked to her later and all my questions were answered. Very reasonable compared to a previous quote. We are on a 2 year plan for 9 of our various spruce. I appreciate the call the day before letting us know they are coming. Very happy with Warners!

We hired this company last year and again this year. We have seen a considerable difference in our yard. It's greener, weed free and healthy. We've been very happy with their service. We have their gold plan.

Warners Outdoor Solutions billed us for work that wasn't performed. Warners was hired to mow the lawn, but they never showed up. We called to cancel the service. Months later we get an invoice for two mowings that never happened. We mowed the property ourselves because they never did. What could we do? If we didn't pay, they'd send it to collections and ruin our credit. Getting a lawyer or going to court would cost far more time and money. So we paid $130 for work that was never done. Use at your own risk.

The company we had a contract with didn't show up to winterize the system by the end of Oct. Our phone calls were not returned. In a panic, turned to the internet and Warner's popped up. Called them on Thursday and they came on Monday, first thing in the a.m. Technician was courteous and efficient. Thank you, Warners.
