They came promptly. I would have appreciated a little bit more information about when they would be at my home, as they caught me by surprise. The nice man told me that they often come when the homeonwner is at work, sometimes they have to call him or her to locate the problem area. So that was the only potential problem. Fortunately I was home.

The quality of work and value of the work that was done was reasonable, however I was told that a technician would be to our house on a specific date. They ended up being a no-call/no-show. They did show up the next day and completed the job. The big issue I had was the lack of communication regarding the dispatch itself.

He was great fast and efficient. He moved a lot to get to the area, he killed the nest and made sure there were no other issues.

From start to finish, these folks are really the best! They contacted me right away; are super professional, fairly priced and likely eliminated 200-300 Yellow Jackets from my he! They are FEARLESS, we ll prepared and careful with our home. They also carry a 30 day guarantee in cause the buggers return.

The only complaint I have is they were not able to tell me when they would arrive and did not show up till 5:30 pm. I spent the entire day at home waiting. I would appreciate a 2 hour window. Everything else was great (scheduling, quality, cost, etc.).

Have not seen one ant since they sprayed. Being gone for two hours was fairly easy, even with the cat. The spray got dripped all over the house, not just where the spraying was done. I guess, in the long run, it is a small inconvenience. Glad to not have ants.
