 + -1 moreSteve is on par price wise with other plumbers. Where he really excels though is communication, professionalism, and quality of work. This is why I all of my neighbors use him as well.
Description of Work: I use Steve for all of my plumbing needs. This has included a new utility tub, hot water heater and a variety of other plumbing jobs.

 + -1 moreThis plumbing problem has been an ongoing issue. I had to call him back and he claimed it was a different problem. He made minor tweaks, but nothing has worked. The leak is ongoing. He was never able to resolve it, but he charged me $733.95. I'm in the hole and have to call someone else to investigate and solve.
Description of Work: In his words, "Solved leak in kitchen ceiling/wall by creating access through sheetrock, locating leak coming from tub/shower valve in upstairs main bath. Checked if leak was coming from cartridge, but found it was coming through body of valve. Cut out some fiberglass with multi tool to gain enough access to replace valve from front side (master shower backs up to back side). Cut out old valve, installed new valve with new pipe & fittings, soldered. Installed trim after checking for leaks. Installed new shower head that's included w/new faucet."

Steve first visited to give us a free estimate for the cost of replacing the toilets, and gave us very helpful suggestions about brands/models we might want to go with. The installation went very smoothly and the new toilets work great and look good, too. Will definitely call Steve with any plumbing needs in the future.
