Description of Work: Jeff came to our house to examine our exhaust fan in our bathroom. He gave us his professional opinion of what he believed could make the fan work better. He did insulate our vent pipe.

Description of Work: Repaired defective recessed light fixtures; repair broken support in sofa; separated joints in coffee table; installed full set of passage door locks, handles, and deadbolts; reinstalled separated stone from exterior pillar; and more.

Description of Work: Enlarged the hole in my kitchen counter so that a new sink would fit properly.

Description of Work: Jeff came out to attach the deck handrails to our house as was requested by the buyers of our home. He answered the phone every time I called and was able to come out and perform the service within a few days of my initial call. It was a simple repair and he performed it professionally, quickly, and even knocked off a few bucks from his standard rate.

Description of Work: Jeff removed the old master bathroom and second bathroom's vanity light fixtures and installed 2 new light fixtures that we provided. Jeff spent time to hang the light fixtures securely and properly by screwing the fixtures to the studs instead of using wall anchors. | |Jeff also fixed 2 bedroom doors that were not closable before. He took our suggestion to slightly file down the top of the doors so they can be closed properly. | |However, Jeff was not able to replace our old powder room vanity mirror with a new mirror. He said he will set up another mirror specialist for us to get the job done. | |Overall, Jeff did an excellent job. He is very responsive and is very punctual.

Description of Work: Stopped leak betwee garbage disposal and u-trap. Analyzed the adjustment of glass shower door that is unable to be closed.

Description of Work: Jeff installed hardwood floors for us. He has also repaired a faucet, rebuild a drawer for a built-in vanity, installed heat tapes in iur roof....a true jack of all trades but also a master of all trades. Sweet, kind, professional and competent help with nearly any small house project.

Description of Work: i had bought a new gas grill and needed a person to attach it to the gas line. when he looked at the old grill compared to new grill he said he could fix old one if he could get part much cheaper than I paid for new one. He checked and could order parts. Had me pay $200. down and I would only owe $100 -$175. when the parts finally came in and he put the grill together Jeff said I owed him $600. I expressed my concern that it had to be wrong and now the total bill was up to$800. I told him I would have never fixed the our one for that price and it doesn't even work right. The automatic light doesn't work that i paid for parts. The grill doesn't get hot enough So i really feel i am stuck with a worthless $800. grill. and i feel sick about it. I could have had a brand new one, the one i selected for the same amount of money.

Description of Work: Repaired a shower handle assembly that had fallen apart. Helped get Christmas tree out of storage and get fresh salt into the water softener. Assisted in getting my computer printer up and running.
