PURE VIEW

We recently contracted with Pure View (Tom Sullivan) to wash 50 Anderson HP windows in our home as I had recently broken my leg and was unable to wash them. We initially thought he had done a good job, however, later in the day as the light changed it became apparent the work was less than stellar. We first noticed smears on various widows and than found scratches in the glass. Anderson Window?s web site specifically mentions not to use metal blades as they can damage the glass and coating, which he had used extensively. It also became evident he had splashed/spilled the wash solution onto the waxed hardwood floors, which removed all traces of the wax (not varnish), resulting in having to redo them. We called him back to discuss the problems and he became extremely defensive and belligerent. He denied doing the damage and stated his metal blades would not leave a single scratch but multiple scratches ? which is exactly what is on the Low-E units. We are now facing having someone else redo his poor washing and probably replacing the scratched units. When a professional is hired one would expect a job better than you can do yourself.

I have used Tom for many years, in two residences. He is unfailingly responsive, punctual, friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. I trust him implicitly.

Tom and his crew washed our 54 windows for a flat rate of $3 a piece plus tax. They were done in an hour, were professional, and courteous. He said that washing the outside only is recommended in the fall and to do both the inside and outside in the spring/summer.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, AND VERY MUCH TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO. TOM MADE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO AVOID ROOMS TO GET TOO DARK, AND MADE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO MAXIMIZE THE SUNLIGHT.
